★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dado a la cercania de donde esta mi negocio esta bien y en si el trabajo me gusto pero si que fue un poco dificil al principio con el servicio al cliente. Como que dan la impresion de que no te quieren atender. Ahorita hable y tambien (¨pues no se si pueda, pues quien sabe, pues es que esto..¨) a ver, osea dame una sugerencia, osea una solucion, yo no soy la experta por eso los estoy buscando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo que consta de impresión, calidad, precio y ubicación están bien. Los precios no están tan locos como otras imprentas en San Pedro... Pero el chico que trabaja ahí si no da una buena atención, también son las 10:05am y no responden el teléfono.

¿Buscas atención, soluciones y asesoría para tus proyectos de impresión?
Olvídalo, pésimo servicio.
Llegé con proyectos de una gran cantidad de impresiones para una empresa y las respuestas solían ser: no se puede, sólo así y es muy caro (de mala gana)
Fui a pedir asesoría en otro lugar y me solucionaron en segundos... con alternativas, propuestas y recomendaciones.
Desconozco si todas las sucursales sean así y detesto calificar mal por el servicio pobre de una persona.
Pero por lo pronto: no regreso.

Tienen materiales de referencia y pese que nuestro pedido tenía muchas especificaciones técnicas todo lo ejecutaron a la perfección. Me quedo con esta imprenta. Además fueron super puntuales con la entrega del trabajo y cuentan con muchos servicios. Excelente.
Very good job, the print color is super good and with good gloss. They have reference materials and although our order had many technical specifications, everything was executed perfectly. I keep this print shop. They were also super punctual with the delivery of the work and have many services. Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí a la sucursal de Vasconcelos..me atendieron muy bien (Jenni), falta que cumplan con el trabajo sin equivocaciones. Es un empastado duro de varios bloques de hojas tamaño doble carta..
I went to the Vasconcelos branch ... they treated me very well (Jenni), they need to do the job without mistakes. It is a hard paste of several blocks of double letter size sheets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De las 3 veces que los e visitado 2 han sido de pésimo servicio, todo se les complica y es más fácil decir para ellos decir que NO y no buscar el sí al servicio, obvio con un costo agregado a la solución.
Of the 3 times that I have visited, 2 have been of terrible service, everything is complicated for them and it is easier for them to say NO and not look for the yes to the service, obviously with an added cost to the solution.
