★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, atienden muy lento, además que hice el pedido de un material y me dijeron que lo tendrían al día siguiente, no lotenía y ya me habían hecho esperar mas de 20 minutos. Las vendedoras están comiendo mientras te atienden o platicando por celular cosas personales. Por último solicité una factura y no me llego al correo que les indiqué. PESIMO SERVICIO NO VAYAN
 Terrible service, they serve very slowly, also I made the request for a material and they told me they would have it the next day, it was not a lottery and they had already made me wait more than 20 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hoy acudí a la tienda de Querétaro y al llegar a caja a pagar me dijeron que no podía cobrarme porque un cliente había hecho un pedido de 3 cajas por Internet (había 6 cajas físicamente). Quise llevar otro modelo pero la “gerente” indicó que no se podían vender porque así trabajaba la tienda, que si quería las pidiera por Internet. Criterio mediocre de personal sin preparación.
Al menos deberían retirar de estantes sus pedidos de Internet pero no les da el cerebro para eso.
Lousy service, today I went to the store in Querétaro and when I arrived at the checkout to pay they told me that they could not charge me because a customer had placed an order for 3 boxes online (there were 6 boxes physically). I wanted to take another model but the “manager” indicated that they could not be sold because that is how the store worked, that if I wanted to order them online. Mediocre criteria of unprepared personnel.
At least they should remove their Internet orders from shelves but it doesn't give them the brains for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar para comprar todo tipo de herramientas de diferentes marca. Le pongo 2 estrellas porque siempre que comprado, el proceso es muy lento! Alrededor de 35 minutos en una compra! E incluso se ha hecho el pedido en línea sólo para recoger y aún así es tardado. Mejoren esto. Saludos
Very good place to buy all kinds of tools from different brands. I give it 2 stars because whenever I bought it, the process is very slow! About 35 minutes on a purchase! And it has even been ordered online just to pick up and still takes time. Improve this. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es para el trabajador como una dulceria para un niño. El catálogo de equipos y herramientas es inmenso y la atención es amable.
Su único problema es que a cambio del catálogo tan grande, sus precios pueden llegar a ser más altos de lo que uno acostumbra ver y sus precios están más sujetos a la volatilidad de la moneda.
También siento que el estacionamiento puede ser muy pequeño especialmente en las mañanas y más de una vez no he podido encontrar estacionamiento
This place is for the worker as a candy store for a child. The catalog of equipment and tools is huge and the service is friendly.
Their only problem is that in exchange for such a large catalog, their prices can be higher than what one usually sees and their prices are more subject to currency volatility.
I also feel that parking can be very small especially in the mornings and more than once I have not been able to find parking
