Love the apartment complex, it is spacious, great views and very relaxed atmosphere.

Awesome floor plans with the best views of Cerro de la Silla! There is Superama downstairs which is very convenient. Office and maintenance staff is bilingual which is helpful for me since I don't speak Spanish.

They don't have any rules. They always broke the maintenance appointment time. Somebody gets complementary things. Somebody didn't get. Ridiculous managing system. After the contract they gets red eyes of cutting off your deposit. One day, I and my kids stayed at home. Somebody open my house without any notice and my allowance. I can not find who is opened my house. There was nothing on secure places even though your home. I don’t know how many people get the masterkey which can open every homes.

Even though the place is truly beautiful and in a good location, unfortunately, last 6 months have been completely disappointing. Apparently, the amenities are not a part of your contract and the building has a right to shut them down at any moment they wish. During the first months of the pandemics it was completely understood. However, now when other buildings have already opened up at least common areas with pools with certain restrictions, Gran Ciudad hasn’t done anything. NOTHING. They don’t communicate well if they are working on it at all, ignoring your emails, and giving you some false promises. I’ll be honest with you, after three months, it gets super tiring, especially when the rent stays the same, when all the amenities are shut down. So you end up paying a whole bunch of money for a small apartment with zero amenities. Great idea, Gran Ciudad, that’s indeed a great way to make money. I have the windows facing a common area and it is ridiculous to see how they bring 10 people a day on average to show the amenities. For what? To convert them into completely disappointed and dissatisfied clients? Well, good luck, Gran Ciudad. Unfortunately, this is not the only thing. Their maintenance team comes whenever they want even though you asked specific time a couple of days ago. And I could keep going on, but I guess that’s enough to give you an idea. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all. Be aware.

The facility is clean and secure.The amenities are great. Wish the gym had free weights, but I can live with the setup they have. Plenty to do and see. Highly recommend in the Monterrey area.

Living in Gran Ciudad is very convenient, you have the Superama and several bank branches downstairs, a movie theater and a great variety of restaurants at your door. The gym is very practical, the pool is ok, and the best part of all... is pet friendly! :D not a lot of apartments in Monterrey are like that :)

Beautiful and clean facility. Good amenities. Plenty to see and do. Highly recommend in the Monterrey area.
