They were super professional and very friendly! Our tour guide was a sweetheart and he knew so much about the mayan’s history! The price was really cheap for the value of this trip, we got to know so many places with everything included! I would definitely recommend

I was on my way to my hotel when the rep stopped me and asked if I'd like to take a tour. He sold me on what I thought was a great tour. Snorkeling tour with a stop at Isla Mujeres and a buffet lunch for $32. Since a round-trip ticket on the ferry was $21 I thought it was a good deal. I had my luggage with me and they offered to store it for me which was great and the only reason I'm giving this two stars. I was hurried to the pier and had to pay for my own taxi there and back to pick up my luggage, strike one. I arrived at the pier and was hurried to the shuttle that took 13 of us to a small boat where we proceeded to cross a VERY choppy sea. It was so choppy that the engines died and the captains helper had to keep moving all around the boat to balance the weight. The waves were coming over the sides of the boat and I and my bag got soaked. I asked the captain before we left the pier when they were getting the boat ready if I should change (remember this was a last minute trip so I was wearing my regular clothes and not my snorkeling clothes) and was told I could change on Isla Mujeres. So because I was told that I didn't need to change I didn't and regretted it 5 minutes into the trip to the island as I was soaked to the bone. The captain kept screaming at his helper and was very rude to him. To make matters worse the captain barely spoke english so I was basically on a Spanish-speaking tour and I don't speak Spanish. This wave bashing went on for an hour before we got to the island. The ferry takes 15 minutes, this was ridiculous and there was no way I was going to get back on that boat that was overloaded so I bought a oneway ticket on the ferry back to the pier. Made it back to the tour office and the same guy who sold me the tour was there and asked why I was back so soon and I explained what happened and he said "wow yeah I wouldn't have gotten back on that boat either." I asked him before I left if we would be able to still snorkel because it looked like it was going to rain. He said to me "oh yeah as long as it's not windy it'll be fine." Well it was super windy and a bad day to be on the water. I wasn't offered a refund instead he tried to sell me another tour. Bottom line, this company only cares about your money and nothing else.
