★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy malos. Los materiales empleado en la construcción, de residencial no tiene nada, pregunte a los vecinos, y además hay demandas y quejas contra la empresa, hay varios parque que no terminaron y tampoco el boulebard de la entrada solo tiene un sentido y ya tienen 5 años y no hacen nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Fachada está muy bonita pero al entrar le falta un poco de cuidado y mantenimiento, están muy bien las casas pero sigue siendo un proyecto (falta que lo terminen, hay mucho movimiento de maquinaria), no tienen a la vista los nombres de las calles la única manera de saber en qué calle estás si no eres de ahí es buscar la oficina de la inmobiliaria y preguntar por la calle que buscas, claro si esta abierto, ellos manejan un muy buen servicio al cliente te pueden apoyar en lo que necesites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que se supone sería un gran fraccionamiento, termino siento solo un lugar aceptable dónde poder vivir.
La calidad de las construcciones no es totalmente buena, los materiales usados son solo regulares. El servicio pluvial es nefasto, caen tres gotas de lluvia y tenemos un servicio colapsado, calles inundadas, coladeras que tienen que ser abiertas para poder desahogar el agua. Pero eso sí.. hace meses llevaron a la entonces presidente de Guasave e hicieron su evento con foto y todo en una calle donde harían un recolector... Que solo quedó en eso, fotos y más fotos para las noticias.
Siguen construyendo casas (con diferentes compañías claro, pues ninguna queda bien)... Pero los que ya viven ahí sufren de los estragos de lo pendiente que se va acumulando.
La vialidad es un horror, parecen freeway en lugar de calles con casas habitaciones, no respetan señalamientos... En fin, toda una odisea ir a visitar o vivir en Fundadores Residencial... Que residencial le queda muy grande.

The quality of the constructions is not totally good, the materials used are only average. The pluvial service is disastrous, three drops of rain fall and we have a collapsed service, flooded streets, sewers that have to be opened in order to drain the water. But yes... months ago they took the then president of Guasave and held their event with a photo and everything in a street where they would make a collector... That was just that, photos and more photos for the news.
They continue to build houses (with different companies of course, since none of them look good)... But those who already live there suffer from the ravages of the pending that accumulates.
The roads are horrible, they look like freeways instead of streets with houses, they don't respect signs... In short, it's quite an odyssey to visit or live in Fundadores Residencial... That residential is too big for you.
