★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exactly what Hope for what they sold in front desk, room rug is old and does not look good I do not considered ok at this pandemic times, stay just one night , no hot water had to call front desk took like 20 minutes, I over paid the night and no breakfast included, there was a better deal online from the same hotel, was about the half of the price and breakfast included it may not be the same room but would be a better deal for one night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice rooms, staff, restaurant, and the location is great because you can walk to see and do many things from this hotel. Central SLP is very safe. Couldn’t quite figure out the smart controls for the lights though. I downloaded the app as instructed but my phone actually locked up and had to wait for it to power down to turn off so I could reset. Other than that my god what a great experience.

I arrived after red-eye flight with booking for 3 nights. They asked me to wait for an hour, then for 30 minutes, then again for 30 minutes and my room still was not ready. Meantime, they had rooms for everyone paying with cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is by far the best in San Luis Potosi centro. Whether you're staying for business or visiting, you won't find better or cleaner rooms. The absolutely great staff helps in any way possible, and they have a mean expresso to go along with the wonderful breakfast.
I've stayed in several hotels and this is hands down best pricing (I always book thru 3rd party), great location, and great hospitality.
Definitivamente voya seguir regresando cada vez que visité. Gracias por ser tan exelente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My niece contracted the services of this hotel to spend a pleasant evening with her in-laws who came from the United States, and the place is magnificent, but the service was terrible, the people in charge of the menu and setting the table were in a bad mood and little availability to do their job, this place could be better if the management put attention on this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in the historical area, so it is great, walking distance to visit the parks and churches.
Registration is good.
Restaurant no good at all, not recommended, took over an hour to have something to eat, we had an appointment, we were late, menu oh!!!
Not many choices. It takes forever to eat. Sunday brunch was not GOOD at all.
But remember you can walk and eat somewhere else
