H	Hijin Castillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito, acabados excelentes, la verdad está genial, sólo está un poco descuidado, por eso no le doy las 5 estrellas, por ejemplo las puertas de la recepción rechinan horrible cuando entras, en el baño cerca de la coladera había residuos como de agua que estuvo mucho tiempo ahí y pues se ve feo, pero en si el hotel está enorme y muy bonito!! Very nice, excellent finishes, the truth is great, it's just a little neglected, that's why I don't give it 5 stars, for example the reception doors squeak horrible when you enter, in the bathroom near the drain there was residue like water It was there for a long time and it looks ugly, but the hotel itself is huge and very beautiful!

En la habitación no tuve ni una silla en dónde sentarme, no tuvo tocador, ni espejo, la regadera no funcionaba, la jabonera estaba rota, la puerta de la regadera no cerraba Tienen a un menor de edad como bell-boy. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!! CERO DE CALIFICACIÓN!! Staying at the "Gran Hotel FIRENZE" has been the worst experience of my life! They do not have any service, let alone luxury, they do not even reach -0. In the room I did not have a chair to sit on, it had no dresser, no mirror, the shower did not work, the soap dish was broken, the shower door did not close They have a minor as a bell-boy. R	Rocio Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor experiencia de mi vida en cuanto la estancia en un hotel, toooodo esta super descuidado sucio, las almohadas y cobija oliendo espantoso, el baño lleno de hongos, las toallas casi deshaciendose de viejas, no hay telefono para comunicarse a recepción, el sistema de clima no funcionaba bien. Y lo mad terrible q lis animales q tienen, como pavorreales , flamingos y Guacamayas suuuuuuper descuidados. La alberca tampoco se pudo usar, no estaba climatizada, etc horrible It is the worst experience of my life in terms of staying in a hotel, everything is super unkempt dirty, the pillows and blankets smell awful, the bathroom full of fungus, the towels almost getting rid of old, there is no telephone to communicate with reception, the climate system did not work well. A las 10 de la noche nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación y lo peor es que a la que nos cambiaron no servía la televisión, la tina llena de moho, las cortinas igual súper sucias Los platos de los huéspedes anteriores estuvieron afuera de mi habitación todo el tiempo no fueron para llevárselos No tiene teléfono por lo que tienes que estar cazando a alguien del hotel para que te pueda resolver y eso si lo encuentra Se les pidió que nos ayudaran con las maletas cuando llegamos y en 1 hr nadie pudo apoyarnos Cero limpieza y la excusa es que es pandemia y que no hay personal entonces no se renten!!!! es una lástima porque el hotel es muy bonito, pero una experiencia súper desagradable Nada recomendable Awful !!! Super dirty, they gave us a mine bed !!!! Literal!!!! The sheets were wet.
