★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cómodo, las habitaciones amplias y todas con aire acondicionado. El detalle es que tiene poco personal, tal vez por la temporada, a veces no hay nadie en la recepción. Tiene restaurante pero no estaba funcionando.
Very comfortable, spacious rooms and all with air conditioning. The detail is that it is understaffed, perhaps due to the season, sometimes there is no one at the reception. It has a restaurant but it was not working.

Mal servicio se reservo el restaurante que tienen para una cena y lo cancelaron si razón no dejan siquiera utilizarlo para comer lo que una compro. Los cuartos están sucios los baños no se diga la alberca, el internet muy mal de todo ponen pretextos y escusas y además es muy caro para lo que ofrecen yo no lo consideraría ni de 4 estrellas como ellos se consideran pero en fin si van vallan preparados para una mala experiencia.
Very, very bad.
Bad service they reserved the restaurant they have for a dinner and they canceled it for no reason they don't even let you use it to eat what you bought. The rooms are dirty, the bathrooms, not to mention the pool, the internet is very bad for everything, they put pretexts and excuses and it is also very expensive for what they offer, I would not consider it even 4 stars as they consider themselves, but anyway, if you go, be prepared for a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar que cuenta con lo necesario para descansar, algunos puntos a resaltar es quela cuenta con alberca de profundidad para un adulto promedio y una zona para los pequeños, los cuartos son amplios y aseados, también hay u restaurant pero recomendaría buscar algunas otras opciones, a menos que sea una emergencia.
El wifi me llegaba perfecto a mi habitación que se encontraba en el segundo piso.
La tele(smart) no cuenta únicamente con tv por cable, si no también con youtube, Netflix, hbo entre otras cosas.
Se encuentra a pocas cuadras de el centro, hay tiendas cercanas, incluso un Soriana (está hubicado en una buena zona), Oxxo, hasta un Banorte cerca.
En mi estadia el personas es accesible.
It is a place that has everything you need to rest, some points to highlight is that it has a deep pool for an average adult and an area for children, the rooms are spacious and neat, there is also a restaurant but I would recommend looking for some other options , unless it is an emergency.
The wifi reached me perfectly to my room that was on the second floor.
The TV (smart) not only has cable TV, but also YouTube, Netflix, HBO among other things.
It is located a few blocks from the center, there are nearby stores, including a Soriana (it is located in a good area), Oxxo, even a nearby Banorte.
In my stay the people are accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are Canadians traveling around Mexico and found this hotel in the La Crucecita area of Huatulco more than adequate with a lovely pool area. A great location within walking distance to the local downtown and nearby Soriana grocery store. The maid brought a coffee maker to our room for the second morning without us asking - maybe they noticed I went to Oxxo to buy a coffee when their restaurant wasn’t open early enough for me!
