Los precios son caros para los servicios que ofrecen! Y las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas! Su único atractivo es la tienda de artesanías que tiene en la entrada! Excepto que el mantenimiento no se lleva bien, ya que en algunas ocasiones se acabó el agua o no había agua caliente. Pero el resto bien. Sus habitaciones son pequeñas y feas. Muebles viejos, descompuestos y sucios al igual que el colchón y sus paredes, solicite cambio de habitación pero al parecer todas están igual. Las puertas no cierran bien. El baño estaba sucio, cortina lamada y lavabo desprendido, oxidado que no da sensación de limpieza, sin olvidar los malos olores a causa de la cañería vieja. Resulta que saliamos temprano y regresabamos en la noche, un dia nos quedamos en TOLANTONGO y al otro dia que regresamos al hotel ya nos habian sacado nuestras cosas y estaban en bolsas en recepcion, cuando todavia teniamos pagados 2 dias mas, resulta que ya no estaba la que realizo la recepcion y nadie sabia que paso, bola de inutiles, despues de tanto reclamar nos resolvieron con 2 habitaciones separadas, eramos una familia de 4 y quedamos todos separados padres e hijos, que mal servicio, no recomiendo para nada.
