Far from all, Internet is very poor, people from hotel rude.... Rooms to poor for the money we pay.... Gymnasium too poor. I recommend do not stay here

Gran Hotel Las Fuentes would have easily gotten a five star review from me, had it not been for their impractical use of excessive stairs connecting the rooms and public areas. The food is really good. In particular the "Frijoles con Veneno" which is a bean dip with pork sausage. The service is friendly and the open spaces on the premises are refreshing. A place to visit if you come sightseeing in Ciudad Victoria

This hotel offers great security, comfortable rooms, beautiful landscaping, and wonderful restaurant. I definitely recommend including your breakfast in your stay!

First of all! Everyone was very friendly and they offered a great service! Love all the people at the restaurant, they were very attentive. Awesome buffet! Hotel is really old, carpet is dirty, sliding doors don't lock because they are too old, hotel needs LOTS of repairs, for our family is was just okay. The reason I am giving only one star review is because we stayed for only two nights and the first night, young kids were very loud until 2am. The second night was worse, sounded like a club inside the room, very loud music, in and out of the room all night, drinking, smoking, fighting. I called security 4 times and the people in the room were quiet for a few minutes and they will start again. We didn't sleep at all the whole night. If you like to party and not sleep all night this is the place for you but for a family hotel this is not your place.
