★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proyecto aunque parece bueno, la realidad es que solo quieren tapar todos los hoyos que tiene el terreno ya que era una mina y para acabarla de amolar existen vestigios arqueológicos.
Te ofrecen muchas amenidades que realmente a mi no me funcionarían ya que quiero terreno en esa zona para ir a la playa no para subirme a ruedas de la fortuna y demás cosas, con el calorón que hace en la zona eso es jugarle al vivo ?? prefiero residencial con amenidades básicas prefiero la pronta salida del residencial y poder caminar todo el residencial sin gastar tanto tiempo.
Otra cosa que no me gusto es que no tienen permisos como INAH, Secretaría de desarrollo sustentable y otros.

Another thing that I don't like is that they don't have permits like INAH, Secretary of Sustainable Development and others.
