★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mejor pan de caja de masa madre. Recomiendo altamente la hogaza de sourdough integral, semillas o blanco, las tres son deliciosas!!! Los scones si tienen auténtico sabor escocés.
 The best sourdough box bread. I highly recommend the whole wheat sourdough loaf, seeds or white, all three are delicious !!! The scones do have an authentic Scottish flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sencillamente el mejor Pan de Guadalajara: Baguette o en Barra. Y cualquiera de sus panes dulces para llevárselos puestos. Mis favoritos: Rol de Cardamomo (igual que los que hacen en Suecia) y el Croiffin de Guayaba ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi primera visita a este lugar (referido por una buena amiga y fanática del buen pan dulce, igual que yo), me encontré un espacio apacible, muy agradable, con una variedad de pan dulce (resguardado atrás de una vitrina, en la que uno solicita y le ayudan a ir empacando) tan atractiva y apetecible que es difícil decidirse por unas cuantas piezas...tuve suerte, además, de que hubiera pan todavía, pues me dicen que se acaba pronto!
En cuanto al trato, muy agradable y con toda la cordialidad (como no, rodeado de delicioso pan dulce!!) y precios justos por el producto.
Un extra, que no esperaba, es que frente y alrededor del lugar, hay varios cajones de estacionamiento.
No hay pretextos!
On my first visit to this place (referred by a good friend and fan of good sweet bread, just like me), I found a peaceful, very pleasant space, with a variety of sweet bread (sheltered behind a display case, in which one requests and they help them to pack) so attractive and appetizing that it is difficult to decide on a few pieces ... I was also lucky that there was still bread, because they tell me that it will run out soon!
As for the treatment, very pleasant and with all the cordiality (of course, surrounded by delicious sweet bread !!) and fair prices for the product.
An extra, that I did not expect, is that in front and around the place, there are several parking spaces.
There are no pretexts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda es de mis lugares favoritos cuando de pan hablamos.
El pan es de masa madre.
El Crufin de guayaba es una delicia y ni hablar del pan de caja brioche.
Les recomiendo hacen sus pedidos con anticipación.
El personal es muy amable.
En relación precio-calidad todo bien, no se arrepentirán.
Without a doubt, it is one of my favorite places when we talk about bread.
The bread is sourdough.
The guava crufin is a delight and not to mention the brioche box bread.
I recommend you make your orders in advance.
The personnel is very friendly.
In relation to price-quality everything is good, you will not regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious pastries and sourdough breads, and an excellent dirty matcha. If it is an affront to the tradition of matcha, it is certainly a delicious (and well-priced) one. Go early because some of the best things (cookies, kouign amman) disappear quickly. Cruffins, cardamom buns, and conchas de mazapán or matcha are also great
