People can really get hurt if there's no more light! I could berly see!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best 'Best western' I've ever seen, they are not just friendly, they make you feel like family, the location is great, you have delicious food nearby, shopping places, coffee shops and about the hotel... everything is new, clean, they really treat you as priority, the even think to fulfill necessities you didn't even know you had, we went with a baby and bought an icebox to store milk for her, they added a fridge without extra charges just to make our lives easier, I really loved it, I would go back to Iguala just to stay again in this hotel! Thank you very much BW Gran Plaza, all the best!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Staff was excellent; they went above and beyond. We had our daughter with us, we bought some milk at the corner store, along with a little ice chest and ice to keep it cold. The next day we left early to do some sightseeing when we came back later that day the room had been done, and we had a mini-fridge in our room. It turns out room service noticed we needed one and provided it—excellent service from a great staff.
