Del asco la constructora. Empezando desde el vendedor que ni bien saben lo que venden. Pésima calidad y servicio que ofrecen. Cero recomendado

ACRE NO CUMPLE!! Prometieron una alberca, una casa club y un gimnasio completamente equipado cuando aún a dia de hoy no nos han entregado a nosotros vecinos las instalaciones y no podemos hacer uso de ellas. Cuando desde hace un año nos prometieron que ya estarían terminadas. La alberca estaba verde Ahora esta semana nos dejaron completamente sin guardia y una barda en av. Acapulco a medias. A mí me tardaron 6 meses para que me pudieran entregar mi casa después de haber firmado escrituras cuando me dijeron que estaría lista en 4 a 8 semanas máximo
ACRE DOES NOT COMPLY !! They promised a pool, a clubhouse and a fully equipped gym when even today they have not given us the facilities and we cannot make use of them. When a year ago they promised us that they would be finished. The pool was green Now this week they left us completely without guard and a fence in av. Acapulco half. It took me 6 months for my house to be delivered to me after having signed deeds when they told me it would be ready in 4 to 8 weeks maximum

Muy decepcionante el haber comprado en Reserva Acanto los vendedores ofrecen una cosa que a la última hora cuando las reclamas, Postventa te dice que eso no incluía, que las cosas no eran así... ACRE NO CUMPLE y lo que te entregan está en pésimas condiciones. Ahora que no hubo luz nos dejaron sin vigilancia, con los portones abiertos de par en par obligándonos a pagar un mantenimiento con costos inflados que no son en lo que está estipulado en el papel que se acordó, un mantenimiento que no se ve que realmente estén invirtiendo, las cosas no estan terminadas ni puedes usarlas por lo mismo, y porque hay detalles mal hechos que no terminan por arreglar, dando fechas compromiso que no cumplen. Hay una fila esperando hacer válida sus garantías porque cada casa tiene detalles de mala calidad que impiden el uso de los servicios como debe de ser y para que te atiendan tardan horrores y hacen las cosas con las patas... pésimo, pésimo!!!
Very disappointing to have bought in Reserva Acanto, the sellers offer something that at the last minute when you claim them, Post-sale tells you that that did not include, that things were not like that ... ACRE DOES NOT COMPLY and what they deliver to you is in terrible shape terms. Now that there was no power, they left us unguarded, with the gates wide open forcing us to pay maintenance with inflated costs that are not in what is stipulated in the paper that was agreed upon, maintenance that is not really seen investing, things are not finished nor can you use them for the same reason, and because there are badly made details that do not end up being fixed, giving commitment dates that do not meet. There is a line waiting to validate their guarantees because each house has poor quality details that prevent the use of the services as it should be and they take horrors to attend to you and they do things with their feet ... terrible, terrible !!!

Acre es una empresa que no cumple, después de la firma tardan más de dos messs en entregarte la casa. En servicio post venta no te contestan. Es difícil encontrar alguien que te ayude, así que estás a ciegas

No recomiendo esta constructora es pésima en sus obras, en Reserva Cumbres no están bien echas las casas y me han tenido que romper mi casa varias veces para arreglar sus broncas. Piensen más con qué constructora se quieren ir y no sólo por la zona.

La peor compra q hecho … las casas súper mal hechas y es un lidiar para q las garantías …. Y después de tanto batallar tr Arreglan y vuelven a salir los Daños … todo lo hacen con material de Muy bajo costo …

¿Estas pensando comprar casa en un fraccionamiento de ACRE??? Antes de que lo hagas, nos gustaría compartirte nuestra experiencia de compra con esta constructora. Imagínate encontrar la casa de tus sueños, esa que se ajusta a tus necesidades y posibilidades, esa que tiene áreas comunes padrísimas (gym, alberca, jardines, cancha, área social), que ofrece seguridad, acceso controlado, que tiene casas inteligentes, con acabados de lujo y la garantía que cualquier constructora ofrece. Te acuerdas de las increíbles áreas comunes que presentan en render?? Pues la realidad es muy diferente; al igual que en las casas, los materiales de construcción son tan de baja calidad que existen grietas en área de asador, área social, ludoteca; humedades en caseta, jardineras, gimnasio; puertas de áreas comunes que no cierran bien, lavabos mal instalados que se caen a cada rato… entre varias cosas mas. El colmo??? La seguridad y el acceso “controlado”; su diseño de fachada es taaaan malo que el guardia queda super lejos de los portones de salida del fraccionamiento; por lo que no existe el control y seguridad prometida para quien entra y sale de la colonia. Los portones son muy lentos, cámaras e interphone de muy mala calidad y el acceso por puerta peatonal no funciona de forma correcta. A la fecha, han sido varios los robos que se han presentado en la colonia porque ACRE sigue construyendo fraccionamientos y no tenemos la seguridad prometida; ni ellos tienen control sobre el personal que trabaja en sus casas, que casi siempre son los mismos que aprovechan para brincar de una casa a medio construir a una ya entregada para ver que pueden llevarse. Esto es solo un pequeño resumen de lo que vivimos día a día quienes nos hemos animado a comprar nuestra casa con ACRE; queremos compartirlo contigo para que lo pienses 2 veces antes de animarte a hacer lo mismo, y si lo haces que tomes todas las precauciones posibles para proteger tu patrimonio y tu inversión; porque a ellos solo les importa seguir vendiendo casas aunque no tengan la calidad prometida. Ojalá nos ayudes a compartir nuestra experiencia, para que llegue a mas personas y no sufran lo que nosotros llevamos padeciendo por 1 año o mas!! Tiempo en el que en numerosas ocasiones se le ha compartido a gente de ACRE la problemática general del fraccionamiento y no nos dan respuesta, atienden cosas a medias o de plano nos ignoran por completo en sus líneas de “atención”. Are you thinking of buying a house in an ACRE subdivision??? Before you do, we would like to share with you our buying experience with this construction company. Imagine finding the house of your dreams, the one that adjusts to your needs and possibilities, the one that has great common areas (gym, pool, gardens, court, social area), that offers security, controlled access, that has smart houses, with luxury finishes and the guarantee that any construction company offers. Do you remember the incredible common areas that they present in render?? Well, the reality is very different; As in the houses, the construction materials are of such low quality that there are cracks in the grill area, social area, toy library; humidity in the shed, planters, gym; common area doors that don't close properly, poorly installed toilets that fall every so often... among many other things. The last straw??? Security and “controlled” access; its facade design is sooo bad that the guard is super far from the exit gates of the subdivision; Therefore, there is no control and security promised for those who enter and leave the neighborhood. The gates are very slow, cameras and intercom of very poor quality and access through the pedestrian door does not work properly. To date, there have been several thefts that have occurred in the neighborhood because ACRE continues to build subdivisions and we do not have the promised security; Nor do they have control over the staff that works in their homes, who are almost always the same ones who take the opportunity to jump from a half-built house to one already delivered to see what they can take away. This is just a small summary of what those of us who have decided to buy our house with ACRE live day by day; We want to share it with you so that you think twice before encouraging yourself to do the same, and if you do, take all possible precautions to protect your assets and your investment; because they only care about continuing to sell houses even if they don't have the promised quality.
