NO compren aquí!!! NO entregan las casas, te dicen una cosa y nunca es verdad, pésimo servicio en todo... Nadie te responde ni da la cara, una persona que te manda con alguien y ese alguien con otro más y ese otro con alguien mas pero nadie te da respuesta y eso contando con que te atiendan . Estoy a punto de interponer una querella formal por incumplimiento y demas. Llevan 4 meses de retraso, casi 5, de lo que aseguraron sería la entrega. Llevo dos meses que firme escrituras y el Residencial no está listo y la casa tampoco. No soy la única, no han entregado ni una sola cosa pero las han firmado todas a base de mentiras y engaños. Nadie te contesta ni te dan razón... Nadie por ningún medio!! NO COMPREN en Gran Via, repito! NO COMPREN!!

DO NOT buy here!!! They do NOT deliver the houses, they tell you one thing and it is never true, lousy service at all... No one answers you or faces you, a person who sends you with someone and that someone with someone else and that other with someone else but nobody It gives you an answer and that's counting on them to attend to you. I am about to file a formal complaint for non-compliance and others. They are 4 months late, almost 5, of what they assured would be the delivery. I have been signing deeds for two months and the Residential is not ready and neither is the house. I am not the only one, they have not delivered a single thing but they have signed all of them based on lies and deceit. Nobody answers you or give you a reason... Nobody by any means!! DO NOT BUY in Gran Via, I repeat! DO NOT BUY!!

Las casas según las iban a entregar en noviembre del año pasado y con engaños obligaron a firmar a sus clientes para que empezaran a pagar sus hipotecas desde el año pasado. Casas sin terminar y sin servicios básicos. Hay gente que ya pagó 4 meses de hipoteca, entre ellos nosotros, hipotecas que van desde los $16 mil hasta los $25 mil pesos mensuales en promedio por casas en obra negra y sin área común terminada. Un total fraude, nosotros ya metimos demanda ante Profeco y ya acudimos al banco para reclamar el porqué permitieron firmar escrituras a clientes con casas que no estaban al 90% terminadas, algunas ni en un 60%, lo cual es un fraude total por la empresa Fincamex Gran Vía Residencial Fincamex.
