★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pretty good place for the price and had an excellent location. You've got a couple malls right next to it with a lot of stores. Rooms are nice but nothing really special about them. Service was pretty good. They also have a nice skybar at the top and a restaurant in the first floor. I was in the room with 2 beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The checkout process is very slow, the front desk people charged us twice for breakfast, make sure to keep all your receipt with you. Front desk killed the good reputation of this hotel.

Located in the modern area of Puebla with easy access to all the main attractions and the benefit of great options for dining, shopping and hanging out just a step away.
The service is great and they provide all the requirements of a 5-star stay.
Breakfast is good, although a bit overpriced by Mexican standards. In general the prices are more suited to North America or European levels, compared to other Mexican hotels, it might be a bit much if you are in a hurry for a drink or a small snack.
The services are great, even during the pandemic, they do their best to provide a great experience.
Skybar is a bit too loud on the weekend if you are staying at the top levels.
It is the 3rd time we stay there, this time during covid, and the experience is still the best in Puebla by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 5 stars, but I was charged double for parking and DO NOT DO LAUNDRY. I paid200 to 400 pesos in other hotels of equal quality during my trip and here they charged me 1900 pesos for t-shirts, shorts socks and boxers!! Ridiculous, but my fault for not checking first.
Room was very clean, nice service and good location for Angelopolus. But, there are more reasonable hotels of the same quality.

Toilet papers on the floor of the bathroom at arrival!
To be honest, there are better options in Puebla for the price and location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel gave me an extraordinary experience, I can congratulate almost all the people who helped me and made my stay one of a kind, starting with Luis the gardener, Veronica and Mari Carmen from the spa, Karla the restaurant manager and Laura the waiter, Anahí the host, all the staff at reception and I can't recall everyone but really congratulations!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was thinking about to have access to request some special songs (only 2) but the waitress told me it was impossible because they do not have access to the system.... So you can not request a " happy birthday" song you know. This is my point of view of course. The place is very nice and the staff are very polite ?. You must visit this place.
