Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec - 11590 Deleg. Miguel Hidalgo

Came to this hotel in the middle of the night around 10pm due to Airbnb mishap. They were welcoming and friendly there were quick and efficient at check in. And took covid protocols very seriously. They wiped everything they touched before you received it or touched it. The rooms are super clean a beds are comfortable. They also have one of the best TV sizes I have seen in a hotel for only booking a standard room, I’d say atleast 65” there wifi is super fast for all those people traveling for work. Bathrooms are very spacious.

When landed and arrived at CDMX, I had noticed I lost my wallet containing all my credit/debit cards. I was immensely stressed out and had no way of getting cash. I didn’t not know how I was going to eat, get a Covid test for my return home, or pay for anything during my stay. Thankfully, I had made a reservation online for the hotel prior to losing my wallet. Upon my arrival, an employee by the name of Andrea was extremely helpful, friendly, and understood the immense stress I was going through. Andrea was able to give me good advice regarding the issue I was facing. Andrea went above and beyond her way to assist me. Andrea and the manager were able to give me complementary VIP access to the breakfast/dinner. Thanks to their excellent hospitality and customer service, I wouldn’t have been able to eat my first day without the hotel’s help. I can’t thank Andrea and the staff enough for assisting me and making me feel cared for not just as a customer but a human being. Andrea and staff made sure I was doing okay daily. I truly appreciate everything this hotel has done for me. I can’t speak highly enough about staff and their professionalism. Ultimately with the assistance of Andrea, I was able to get cash and enjoy the rest of my stay in CDMX. The hotel itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel was better than expected and everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you again Andrea and staff for going just that little step extra for the guests! I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

The hotel is centrally located very close to Chapultepec park and is a few minutes away from Polanco and Reforma. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we come back to CDMX we'll definitely be staying here again.

The staff is the most kind and attentive, and breakfasts both food and service is premium, one of the bests we ever had in america; yet poor choices from probably negligent eager owners or administration ruins the experience, lock guarded fridge unless you open a credit card record for it? Defective doors keeps you on front desk asking for help to enter your room... But of course the cost is way up too high, you can compare the cost of living here vs the cost of the stay in these hotels and is one the highest in Latinoamérica i cant comprehend something so expensive has such cheap treatments with their clients

Positive: This hotel was perfect for my trip purposes. It is super closed to Polanco and many beautiful touristic places of interest Like The Chapultepec Castle. The hotel is very pretty, very high customer service and the food in the restaurant is delicious.

Fantastic spacious and modern room with a huge and comfortable bed, massive 65inch new TV, new carpets and new bathroom with a huge shower and quiet but good airco. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Shame I didn’t have access to the bar on the 16th floor to enjoy the view, i guess you need to pay extra for that, be a members or have a suite or something. Overall great stay, would definitely come back.

At the moment I am traveling a lot to Mexico on business. The hotel has everything I need. Coffee machine in the room, cozy bed and nice fitness center. However my last two trips this month have been disappointing. Almost every day staff is walking the halls on all floors with a loud sanitation machine. I can appreciate them taking precautions due to the ongoing Covid situation BUT 4:30 in the morning is not ok! I work very long days and don’t care to be waking up 1.5 hours than needed. I have complained to the front desk multiple times but they don’t seem to care. I will move hotels if needed in my next trip.
