D	Darlene LaVoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This all inclusive resort is beautiful. Rated 5 due to their amazing service everywhere around the resort. Beautiful views, great food and drinks, and shopping right across the street. Make sure to make all your dining reservations when you get there for nighttime meals. If you like the sun, the chairs by the pool on the side closest to the beach are best or on the beach! Chairs closest to hotel are shaded by the hotel for most of the day. Very Covid conscious!!

Yes its not the newest hotel in Cancun but these are the hardest working people in Cancun — housekeeping, pool bartenders, pool staff & waiters constantly serving us & asking if we need anything. Very friendly. They never asked but we tipped constantly because they work so hard to please. Very focused on cleaning surfaces & giving sanitizer. Room service fantastic. Best restaurant was the Mexican w mariachi bands. Book all your restaurants when you arrive. Wonderful spa on site too, little pricey but no complaints. Beautiful beach & water. Sandy soft bottom & attentive lifeguard. LOVE this hotel!!!!

I ended up ordering my entrees without the sides because I don’t care for the fake butter taste. I think the Mexican restaurant on site could be more authentic. While for example the mole was great, it was served with steamed broccoli... my last complain is the juice is not fresh- some kind of mix To respond to the hotel- I was only ever offered fake butter on the table and the JUICES offered were not fresh but there was a smoothie bar with fresh fruit. Smoothies are not juice. I will add the staff was extremely nice and the service was top notch.

The hotel gave me an 85% obstructed view in a construction zone for a room. Didn't feel like an ocean view suite do to the garden level with a very limited view. Sledgehammering is hardly a welcomed noise on vacation especially at 8:02am. I felt like I needed a hard hat to shower. They had to know it was wrong to put people in this room and did it anyway.

Every time I am in Cancun, this where I stay, it’s like a home away from home. I love spicy food, so the restaurant on the beach have this fried fish and I asked for spice and they brought a spice that was so good. I highly recommend this resort. Everyone that I’ve ever recommended to this place do thank me.
D	Dean Gurvitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually review hotels on this platform, but we just loved it here so much that I had to! We were celebrating our honeymoon, and were treated super nicely. We got upgraded to a room with a better view than the one we booked, and in addition we got a bottle of sparkling wine + a cake delivered straight to our suite. In general, the service at this hotel is at the highest levels, from the people at the door, to those at the reception, and of course all of the waiters. The food in the restaurants was at a surprisingly high level for an all inclusive resort, and we enjoyed all of our meals here. All in all - truly a 5 star rating for us.

White sand and clear water without rocks or shells. - Pools are very nice and suitable for all ages. - Very good quality food and drinks. Negative: Minor things: - Complimentary Covid test only available from 7-9 am and results are out after 5 pm even for rapid test. This is useless for majority of flights so you have to do it outside the hotel for a fee. - Need more beef options for dinner buffet.

They have great COVID precautions such as sanitizing your luggage upon arrival and providing masks to wear only in the indoor areas/restaurants. The rooms were very nice and clean, and room service was twice a day! The attentiveness of the staff was top tier, everyone was very nice and helpful. I was tanning by the beach and a staff member kindly asked If I wanted something to drink of eat. Oh and the beach was fantastic and clean. The warm blue water was so calming. For restaurants, you need to make reservations the day before so definitely keep that in mind to get a seat. I wasn’t able to dine in some places because of this, but the meals from the included room service were great! Overall had an amazing time, totally recommend if you’re looking for a restful and calm experience.
