★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New hotel with a modern but warm feel. Getting to the lobby entrance can be tricky but once you're in it's a beautiful lobby. They're two hotels sharing the same space which was a little confusing as well. The rooms are wonderful - modern, lots of light, good views, great seating, desk area, and safe. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet has its own room. We had to call to get our air conditioner working but once we did, it worked well the entire trip. Housekeeping did throw away our half-full water bottles which was disappointing. The restuarant was on the fourth floor was very good! Highly recommend it for the breakfast buffet. So many delicious options!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time in Monterrey and I loved this hotel! My flight was in early and they where able to get me in earlier! They where so great with us! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t recommend. I made the reservation through Snaptravel and pay on the app. When I did the check in they charge me again. When I called to let them know they had charge me twice they said they could see my Snaptravel reservation and would reimburse me. Then over a month later Crisma Becerra Guest Services Manager said they would not do a reimbursement even after I confirmed with Snaptravel and they told me they had already pay the hotel.
I had stay several times at this place for the location only since the staff doesn’t even offer to help with your bags.
Don’t let them trick you like me and check your cards statements they probably encourage to charge clientes extra.
No Lo recomiendo me cobraron doble y de niegan a devolverme lo que me cobraron aún cuando ellos ya habían admitido su error.
Seguramente es una mala práctica que les enseñan a sus empleados. Revisen sus estados de cuenta del banco si se quedaron aquí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here on two occasions last week and both experiences were first class. The rooms, the beds, the shower and tub (you'll love the shower and the tub!!) are fantastic. The staff are so kind, personable, and patient. Their care regarding covid related precautions should be the model for all hotels. Check-in was smooth, the wifi is fast and easy to connect with, the views are beautiful(!!) We used a car service so I cannot speak to the parking, but I know it's below ground which has some implied security. I will most definitely recommend this place and will look forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was perfect in every way possible. Friendly stuff, clean and big rooms, great food and fast service. Room service works 24 hours, I once asked for a dish from breakfast menu and they cooked it despite the fact that it was 10PM!
Also I asked for a COVID test for my trip and they sent a nurse to my room in an hour! People who work at the reception were very professional and helpful. Just keep it going guys, great work!
