★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this hotel. The staff will warm your heart, I felt welcome every single day and they do all they can to accommodate you.
The hotel is gorgeous and has everything you might need (gym, pool, spa etc). I walked everywhere. Definitely should try this hotel if you plan on visiting Oaxaca!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s way overpriced the grand fiesta in Puebla is much nicer and it cost half the price for 5 thousand pesos it’s not worth it when I can spend 2500 pesos in Puebla and get a nicer grand fiesta hotel. And the parking is horrible around this area it’s not free when it should be for the amount of money they charging per night. The hotel is nice but it’s just their price per night is way too exaggerated for a city like Oaxaca.

If this is your first visit (or not..) to the city and you are looking to secure your lodging at a 5* level, this is your option. 10/15 min walking distance to historic main square and museums, galeries, etc...what you NEED to see in the city. Hotel is located across the street of one of one of the most beautiful and large park of the city: El Llano Park, right next the the Barrio of Jalatlaco....a walking tour after sunset for a drink or dinner here is a must to feel the real athmosfere of Oaxaca City.
Attention: When browsing for lodging in Oaxaca, don't be surprised to find hundred options of boutique hotels and airbnb in the same area, some of them, even more expensive than this Fiesta Americana....but careful it will be a lotery: you could have a great experience or be dissapointed for what you paid for...so play safe and stay here.
