Great hotel, excellent staff.

This is a BIG Shout out to all the Grand Fiesta Americana Veracruz staff! This has been by far....the most wonderful experience that we’ve had traveling as a family and staying at a hotel! Thank you to Silvia (Front desk), Alberico (Restaurant’s Captain), Misael (Waiter), Dana & Reyna (La Palapa’s Waiters) I wish there could be more than 5 stars to rate the professionalism and attentiveness of all the staff hotel. THANK YOU!!! We’ll be back for the summer!

It’s a really beautiful big hotel that has top notch service and staff. This hotel hires staff that really knows how to accommodate guests. Also a clean large beach is right behind the hotel, which can’t be beat. The ocean is a little calmer here than other places, and the beach is not full of dangerous scraggly rocks like a lot of the other hotels in the area. Minus one star for surge pricing (I wanted to stay a little longer but they want twice the price I paid for per night because it’s closer to NYE), screaming children (this hotel draws in a lot of families with uncontrolled children literally screaming/crying and running around all day, and the hotel just tolerates), and very loud music. If you want to take a little siesta in your room midday it’s difficult because you can hear the booming music and screaming children from your room. If no uncontrolled screaming children, loud music, nor ridiculous surge pricing (more than twice the price!!!!), I’d give this place 5 stars ⭐️

All the servers at the breakfast restaurant and buffete are super, the food very well done, but the service, cleaning and attention. *** To the owner: please consider a new safer windows, I don't recommend this place for families with little children, the windows at the rooms are super dangerous, don't open them EVER!!

Nice hotel! Very friendly personnel. Perfectly located. Numorous Covid infection prevention precautions make this hotel a safe stay. The food is excellent, the staff is pro-active, perfectly made up rooms each morning... there is nothing more to wish.

Beautiful experience . my first time in Mexico and I cant wait to return. The hotel was clean and in great conditions. The staff was so friendly made me feel right at home even though i spoke very little spanish and a lot if staff spoke english. Food was great. Beach beautiful pool clean relaxing music good drinks. Felt like paradise . i highly recommend this hotel and I plan on returning

The best hotel in Veracruz, Boca del Río with no doubt. We have stayed here at least 5 times and will be back all the time. Service is top priority and the general manager is always on top of things. It has a nice almost private beach that feels very safe and is usually clean.

We enjoyed our stay ! We felt like the place was very clean and you felt safe. We were blown away by the housekeeping woman, Belen❤️ She was above and beyond. I’ve never seen anyone clean as well as her ! She placed our items in clear bags and even lined up our shoes and folded our clothes ? BEYOND AWESOME.
