★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El agua de la alberca estaba verde , no cuentan con el suficiente mobiliario para todos los huéspedes. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y se siente muchísimo calor. No lo recomiendo y no regresaré además de que nos discriminaron por hacer reservado a través de xpedia.
 The pool water was green, they do not have enough furniture for all the guests. The rooms do not have air conditioning and it feels very hot. I do not recommend it and I will not return, in addition to the fact that we were discriminated against for making a reservation through xpedia.

Bastante limpio
Una atención bastante buena
Las habitaciones son muy lindas y con buena calefacción
La verdad es un lugar bastante bueno y en lo personal lo recomiendo para esas personas que de verdad viajan y no se está fijando en precios de tal y tal, si no tienen para darse un gusto no se lo den, todo está perfecto, si llevas a tu mascota pagar $400 está más que bien a excepción del depósito, la alberca suele estar fría o templada, me ha pasado que un día está caliente y al otro está casi fría
En fin si su objetivo es viajar de verdad este es un buen lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin aire acondicionado es difícil tener una estancia placentera. Las camas deben mejorar. El servicio de alimentos debe estar preparado para que siempre haya alimentos, o mejor no ofrecerlo. El concepto del lugar es bueno, tienen calidad las habitaciones, -que no son baratas-. Deben cuidar estos detalles. Su personal es muy amable, felicidades.
Without air conditioning it is difficult to have a pleasant stay. The beds need to improve. The food service must be prepared so that there is always food, or better not offer it. The concept of the place is good, the rooms have quality, -which are not cheap-. They must take care of these details. Your staff is very friendly, congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough place, but no a/c or fan or screen door to leave window open in rooms means air feels a bit stale. Pool water was extremely dirty (we found bottles, insects, and papers in the pool).
