Grand Hotel Boutique Tepatitlán - 47600 Tepatitlán de Morelos

After a couple of years away, my husband and I returned to Tepatitlan de Morelos, Jalisco to stay at our choice hotel, The Grand Hotel Boutique. We were welcomed like family by Teresa, the General Manager, who is just wonderful. She is one of the primary reasons we return to this hotel. Luckily our visit coincided with an art exhibition opening night showcasing Carmen Alarcon Collignon, an artist from Guadalajara. We were delighted to meet with the artist and local community members. We have always enjoyed the art exhibits offered at The Grand Hotel showcasing different artists. We stayed in Neruda, one of our favorite suites. Neruda includes a tub, shower, and king size bed, it is a romantic suite. Breakfast is included. The food is delicious as are the fresh juices or smoothies offered. You can eat outside on the terrace or inside the restaurant. The hotel is located near the town center. You can easily walk to the bank, coffee shops, markets, retail stores, churches, and the museum. Tepatitlan de Morelos, Jalisco is rich in culture and history, and best of all its people make the difference. They are gracious and have the gift of hospitality. It is one of our favorite places to travel in Mexico.

Our second day of a six night stay and it's been marvelous in many ways. The room we're staying is the Aida (Egyptian theme) and it's super clean, spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was super good this morning. Freshly made muffins and "birote" with housemade strawberry jelly to accompany the main dish, vegetarian omelet. Staff is super attentive to our every need and so friendly they feel like family and close friends already. Definitely gives you a feeling of returning to this gem in a beautiful town. The "plaza" is a couple of blocks away and many places to eat, shop, and enjoy the scenery of old and new architecture.

We have just finished a lovely trip in tepatitlan, jalisco and i am so glad i called this hotel to book our rooms. The attention to detail from the hostess, rooms and breakfast i cant find anything to complain about. The view is picture prefect. The location was prefect and in walking distance of the plaza. If you are looking for a great experience this is hotel is a must!!

I was about to cancel my stay five days before my date of arrival due to the wedding I’d be going to was cancelled, I called and Tere was super helpful and beyond accommodating. She called me back several times to follow up, her positive and cheerful attitude made me think things twice and we decided not to cancel so we showed up. At our arrival every single interaction with every single staff member was excellent. The first room we stayed in -Rangel- was beautiful beyond our expectations. The attention to detail and the excellent hospitality features were impressive. The next day my husband wanted to stay at a different room just out of curiosity and the second room -Neruda- was equally as grand or grand-er. As we went from one activity to the next within the hotel we discovered more and more beauty, passion, detail and richness in the design, decor and guest attention. Falling in love with this hidden gem of hotel in Tepatitlán, Jalisco was effortless for many reasons. Among those many reasons are it’s humble and cheerful staff, excellent food, and absolutely astonishing, clean, full of detail installations. We will definitely stay here again when our next adventure brings us to this corner of the world again. Thank you Tere!

The flour of us had a very beautiful time. Rooms were very clean, morning breakfast very good, people very nice we will go back.

If you’re considering staying at Grand Hotel Boutique, consider no more! Stay and you won’t regret it! The hotel itself is beautiful, the food delicious, and the whole staff there was wonderful! From the hotel manager Tere, to the front desk help Raziel, Clara, Fanny, the cafe wait staff Alejandra and Martin and also housekeeping Marie and Adriana! I didn’t get the names of the overnight staff. But they were great as well! They were all very professional, welcoming, attentive and extremely helpful with any request I had. I definitely recommend staying there!

Sincerely one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasures of staying in. Not only is it located in the center of Tepatitlan, but is also surrounded by several restaurants. This hotel is very luxurious and its customer service is beyond excellent. I stayed In (Thai), one of the thirteen thematic rooms this hotel has. The room was pretty spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the attention to detail has surpassed any other hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything in this room was perfect, but there are a few things I must point out. The sink took forever to drain out. The TV in the room was a little small. Some of the pillows were being held closed by velcro and the stuffing would spill out. The temperature of the water in the shower was very uncontrollable. Not only was it scolding hot, but could potentially cause severe burns and really hurt someone. Nonetheless, this hotel is espectacular. I highly recommend it, and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Aida room it was a beautiful clean room.. Martin, Fanny, and the manager were all so wonderful and have great personality. They were so helpful, food was great, environment was so welcoming. We did a massage it was a great price for 1 hour. Anything we needed they took care of definitely recommend to anyone.
