★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel. Beautiful historic hotel. This hotel was recently remodeled and we stayed in the new section. We had a big clean room with a balcony and great view. Clean room. Beautiful rooftop pool with a 360 degree view of the city. The food is excellent (very natural tasting) and the staff is great. Thank you Enrique (restaurant) and Jasmine (front desk) We will be returning to this hotel when we come back to Orizaba, Veracruz. What a wonderful hotel and city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to spend a night after a long trip and I made the mistake to take my gold chain off my neck and left in on a night table. The next day I left my room and did not realize I had forgotten it. It was a chain that meant a lot to me. I called the Hotel and they told me they would ask the cleaning service. I received an email from management stating they did not find anything there. I did leave my chain there so someone was covering up the person who stole my chain. Be careful there!!!
the staff there are thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable and clean. The food was extremely good. I mean, im not from mexico, and havent got use to most of the taste, but the ones i had in this hotel was flavourful. And the menu has loads of varieties. Surely will come back there if i were to visit a friend again.
