★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acogedor, hermoso paisaje; le falta señalamiento a la entrada del hotel. El camino es una terraceria horrible, espantosa la entrada. Son aproximadamente 15 min de terracería para llegar al hotel.
 Cozy, beautiful scenery; it lacks signage at the entrance of the hotel. The road is a horrible dirt road, the entrance is horrible. It is approximately 15 minutes of dirt road to get to the hotel.

El hotel bonito.
La cocina con buen sazón.
A 10 min del Centro, en carro.
Contras:
- La limpieza: la colcha tenía sangre y las sábanas y cubre colchón basuritas, indicativo que no los cambiaron.
- No dejan suficientes amenidades. El medio rollo de papel higiénico se terminó a mitad de la noche y no hay servicio de atención a esa hora.
- No hay alguien que ayude o alguien en recepción después de cierta hora de la noche.
- Es ecológico,así que con un ventilador pequeño no basta para aliviar el intenso calor.
- a pesar de hacer el reporte, nos dijeron que el gerente estaba enterado pero no hubo alguna disculpa ni ningún tipo de compensación.
Pros:
Nice hotel.
The kitchen with good seasoning.
10 minutes from downtown, by car.
Cons:
- Cleanliness: the bedspread had blood and the sheets and mattress covers were rubbish, indicative that they were not changed.
- They don't leave enough amenities. The half roll of toilet paper ran out in the middle of the night and there is no service at that time.
- There is no one to help or someone at reception after a certain time of night.
- It is ecological, so a small fan is not enough to alleviate the intense heat.
- Despite making the report, they told us that the manager knew about it but there was no apology or any type of compensation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue bueno la comida estuvo deliciosa. Pero no respetaron el precio de la reserva por booking cobrandonos 500 mas. El agua de la alberca muy fría. Por el precio que pagamos esperaba que se pudiera disfrutar de un paseo nocturno ya que el area donde esta el hotel es bonita pero no habia luz exterior ni las lámparas del camino de acceso prendieron, por lo que no se disfrutó. Me parecio muy caro para lo que ofrecen
The service was good the food was delicious. But they did not respect the price of the reservation for booking, charging us 500 more. The pool water is very cold. For the price we paid, I expected that you could enjoy a night walk since the area where the hotel is located is beautiful but there was no exterior light or the access road lamps lit, so it was not enjoyed. It seemed very expensive for what they offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Excelente hotel!, Es muy tranquilo y descansas muy bien, tiene de las mejores vistas, lo disfrutas mucho, está muy escondido y una parte del camino está horrible, pero vale la pena, la camarista ( housekeeper ) hace muy buen trabajo y los demás empleados son muy amables y de lo mejor. Lo recomiendo plenamente.
Excellent hotel! It is very quiet and you rest very well, it has the best views, you enjoy it a lot, it is very hidden and part of the way is horrible, but it is worth it, the chambermaid (housekeeper) does a very good job and the Other employees are very friendly and the best. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es lo esperábamos deja mucho que desear, camas terriblemente viejas y duras, baños abiertos sin anaquel, si tienen oportunidad de buscar algo más te lo recomiendo
It is not what we expected leaves much to be desired, terribly old and hard beds, open bathrooms without a shelf, if you have the opportunity to look for something else I recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar de mucha tranquilidad, ambiente íntimo y la cocina, aunque poca es muy rica. Viaje con mi pequeña que come pocas cosas, pudimos guardar su comida en el refri del restaurante y nos ayudaron a calentar su comida siempre. La alberca aunque es pequeña es muy agradable con la vista y el jacuzzi delicioso para pasar el día.
A place of great tranquility, intimate atmosphere and cuisine, although little is very rich. I traveled with my little girl who eats few things, we were able to store her food in the restaurant's fridge and they always helped us to heat her food. The pool, although it is small, is very pleasant with the view and the delicious jacuzzi to spend the day.
