★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia del mundo. No tienen servicio de nada. No teniamos agua caliente y la persona que es la responsable "Maria Flor" la persona mas pelada que me ha atendido. En verdad EVITEN quedarse.
The worst experience in the world. They have no service at all. We did not have hot water and the person who is responsible "Maria Flor" the most bare person who has attended me. Really AVOID staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En su publicidad dicen ser un hotel, pero no prestan los servicios completos de un hotel:
1)Para entregarte la habitación te hacen firmar un contrato, en el que hasta ese momento te enteras que tú tienes que llevar tu propio papel de baño, shampoo, jabón “ya que lo que ellos te dan alcanza apenas para 1 día”…tienen una tiendita para que les compres a ellos “súper caro” pero como alrededor del hotel no hay tiendas ni restaurantes no te queda de otra. además tú tienes que hacer tu cama, sacar tu basura… más bien se trata de departamentos en renta, así que lo que hacen es engañar a los clientes NO ES UN HOTEL!
2)El servicio de los meseros es muy lento, en cada alimento solo éramos 1 o 2 mesas y se tardaron entre alimentos.
En una ocasión se les olvidó cobrarnos un snack que pedimos a la 1pm y el mesero fue a nuestra habitación a las 21:30 horas a cobrarnos.
Ojo: en la cocina no estaban usando cubre bocas.
3) Las 3 albercas son muy pequeñas, más bien son tipo “piletas”.
4) Dicen tener playa privada y lo que hay son 2 camastros encima de un cuadrito de arena, está lleno de piedras y conchas, no puedes caminar descalzo.
Lo único que valió la pena fue el sabor de los alimentos.
Todo esto se lo reporte al Gerente pero no sirvió de nada, pues debieron ofrecernos algún descuento por tan mala experiencia.
Me hospede con mi esposo por 2 noches a finales de noviembre 2021.
In their advertising they claim to be a hotel, but they do not provide the full services of a hotel:
1) To give you the room they make you sign a contract, in which until then you find out that you have to bring your own toilet paper, shampoo, soap "because what they give you is barely enough for 1 day"... they have a little store for you to buy from them "super expensive" but since there are no shops or restaurants around the hotel you have no other choice. besides, you have to make your bed, take out your garbage… rather it is about apartments for rent, so what they do is deceive the clients. IT IS NOT A HOTEL!
2) The service of the waiters is very slow, in each meal there were only 1 or 2 tables and it took a while between meals.
On one occasion they forgot to charge us for a snack that we ordered at 1pm and the waiter went to our room at 9:30pm to charge us.
Beware: in the kitchen they were not wearing mouth covers.
3) The 3 pools are very small, rather they are "pools" type.
4) They say they have a private beach and what there are are 2 lounge chairs on top of a square of sand, it is full of stones and shells, you cannot walk barefoot.
The only thing that was worth it was the taste of the food.
I reported all this to the Manager but it was no use, because they should have offered us a discount for such a bad experience.
I stayed with my husband for 2 nights at the end of November 2021.

Ideal to rest, enjoy the views, delicious meals, very attentive staff, isolated pools to enjoy with the family, they can take you to the beach in a golf cart, it has a mini-supermarket, a public restaurant, internet, a playground, the The marina has a kayak or boat rental service in case you want to navigate, its services are highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio del restaurante, el personal fue muy amable y atento, la comida estuvo muy rica. Los precios no son elevados y la calidad del servicio es muy buena, cuenta con elevador para silla de ruedas y una gran vista a los muelles.
