The Marina is great, the staff are super attentive, and it is as close to living in a nature preserve as you can get. The beach is 800m away, flamingos are within 4 kms. The fish literally jump out of the water all night long. I've watched many Pelicans feeding from the lagoon within 10m of the boat. The sunsets are spectacular, then sunrises are sort of meh but who cares if you are as sleep :-D. Three pools to choose from, two on ground level and one up in the restaurant. I've not eaten at the restaurant (COVID is real) but I've been living on the boat here for almost 2 months and am 100% satisfied. The rates are reasonable, the climate has been wonderful, the people are just nice folks. The only drawback here is that you are a long way from Progreso and an even longer distance from Merida, so you will want some type of transportation. Would be nice if they added a car rental desk to the location, but there are not enough liveaboards here to make that feasible. Wifi is good (23MBits/s down, 10MBits/s up). It will not work with Ubiquiti equipment (BadBoy included) but it works very well with Mikrotik and a decent antenna. The above are speeds I have measured at my place on the docks. There are 6000+ Cenotes in Yucatan and you are within driving range of several that are exceptionally beautiful.

Great service, attention to detail everything is clean and presentable. amazing food always fresh. The scenery is spectacular looking out to the marina. If you like to see the sunset this is a place to lay back while enjoying one of the cocktails and an amazing appetizers...crab cakes are amazing.

A little tricky to get to, but a beautiful marina and restaurant just outside of Telchac Puerto. You have to enter the Kinuh Residential area and continue east past the Reef resort bearing right until you arrive at Grand Marina. Food and service was excellent! ?

The best they have to offer on the Riviera Yucateca. Top notch! Great customer service, good food, good accomodations and a great vista to observe. You won't be disappointed, they won't allow it!
