A concept too vast to travel on foot, and too protocol to move in transport! Beach ? really nonexistent! Friendly staff, rooms that can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes a while to get oriented but the lighted wooded walkways through this jungle setting are magical and they connect to to all the of this sprawling resort. You can also take the golf cart-tram system(most carts electric and quiet) and staff are very helpful getting you connected. Numerous restaurants (20+) on site offer many options. Restaurants are not cheap but the food quality and service is excellent. They also provide many activities for families to enjoy. Multiple pools that are actually filter sea water add to the eco-friendly atmosphere. Rooms are very adequate with kitchens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items stolen from our room… by their security when the inspected our room. They investigated themselves and found nothing… surprising. Don’t take anything of value. Be very careful if you decided to go. it also appears that valuables are taken from luggage during transit. Our friends had this happen last year, but chalked it up to the airport. If you look at the reviews, it’s a regular occurrence. Crooks!
