Ingredientes tradicionales, principalmente harina blanca, leche, azúcar refinado y huevo, con algunas variantes más golosas como el de tres leches o con un poco más de fibra como el de zanahoria. Aunque todos los pasteles son muy bonitos y lucen de impecable calidad, la variedad es un poco anticuada: No ofrecen opciones sin azúcar o sin ingredientes animales.
