If you like high energy and noise, this is probably the place for you, and it is right next to the pool bar and buffet, so it's very convenient. And if you're like my family, my daughter likes pools while I like beaches, and this pool is not far from the sand, so everyone wins.
N	Nanci ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay was ok. The room was small and the smell was bad. Smell of must. The bed sheets smelled horrible every time they changed them they still had a musty smell. I had to put something over the pillow. They have no pillow cover so you can imagine the level of dirt, germs, bacteria! I felt overwhelmed like they were watching you every minute. Let’s talk about the sales people that sell the time shares!!!! When we said no they persisted and persisted! They are fake and i have voicemail proving such. So nice to your face and then show the real devils. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

More variety 24/7 for food (or faster service), more to do for the nightlife around the hotel. After the main stage closes people just lounge in the well.... lounge, but would be nice to see a bar scene or late night sports, etc. The beach needs work. The seaweed smells awful and I know they try to clean it up, but it’s just not working. Other than that, I had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!

The waiters are all extremely kind to us tourists (& they are not mean when you try to speak Spanish incorrectly, just helpful) Abraham in the sports center was awesome as well!! He was very kind, helpful, and great to talk to! Great experience so far!!

Our room key didnt work (9pm)... walked 15min to the lobby they said they fixed it, came back it was not fixed. Another trip to the lobby. They said they will send someone... no one came Avoid this place.
