Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa - 63734 RIVIERA

We loved this beautiful resort and all the wind staff. I especially want to take Janeth who went out of her way to make our Spa experience just what we had hoped for. She was so welcoming and professional and gave me a awesome manicure. Also, definitely have Hortencia make you your breakfast omelet or eggs! She was so cheerful, fun, and hard working. She was especially kind to my children while making their breakfast. We can’t wait to come back!

Very solid choice. We had a good experience. Bernardo and Armando were excellent bartenders. Minuses were 1) we had an issue with cleanliness of the first room but they remedied that quickly and moved us to a nearby room which was very clean 2) the drinks are watered down but if you ask for a double it helps 3) we couldn't get a dinner reservation on our first night but were able to get reservations for the other nights we wanted them for

This place is a little far from the airport, but it was fantastic. No hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing. Service was pretty good. The bars all close pretty early, which was disappointing and they don't serve alcohol until like 10, unless you're at the restaurant. It was a very clean place. The only thing that truly sucked was there are stairs to get EVERYWHERE and no elevators.

We enjoyed our stay here for the long weekend. The property is big and beautiful specially in the night. You will have to walk a lot which in its self is fun because you are able enjoy the natural beauty. The beach is clean ,staff is polite and very supportive probably one of the many reason I liked our family stay. The quality of food is ok. The breads are the specialty. I would have loved more options for vegan. They have options for 3 different restaurants for the evening. Good option to choose if you have kid or kids because they have a small zoo, kids activities ( properly administered) and a nice kids pool also.

The staff is amazing, the pools are fantastic, the views, spectacular. The food is..fine. You are not allowed to take any food from the buffet which means no snacks at the beach or pool. I was ill for 3 days and i could order room service for $15 day. They said the$money could be waived but there are no bland foods on room service. They were fully aware and confirmed my husband's seafood allergy at every restaurant and then would serve him unordered seafood, every time. For these reasons, I would never recommend this resort

The location is beautiful and the staff are incredible. Jose, the surf instructor, was amazing, and I loved how easy it was to rent boards and just run into the waves. The adult pool was just what we needed to relax, and I loved how warm the pool felt after getting out of the chilly ocean. It got 4 out of 5 stars for the food. There wasn’t a lot of variety and many of the desserts were stale and flavorless. I also wish there were more poolside options for food. I’d rather have tacos and authentic food than burgers and hot dogs every day by the pool. Also, the music is so loud at night that we could hear thumping bass every night until super late and our room was very far from the entertainment area. But, other than that, it was great.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in March and had a rocky start but a great ending. When you get to the front desk they are very scarce with the info about the resort. I’ll try and make it simple for you,download the Grand Palladium app this is where you can see shows that are going on every day that your there and set your reservations for the restaurants the buffet is just walk in.We recommend the Family selection upgrade since the chairs around the pool and beach fill up quick at the other two pools in the resort. You get a private section and are able to go to the nest restaurant. The liquor is of better quality and we enjoyed it very much. The resort puts on events for the children every day at the main stage and is super family friendly. We will be coming back here in the future.

First I would like to say how beautiful this beach is. It was really breathtaking how it was nestled into the cliffs. The resort is clean and the rooms are very spacious. Downfall, the food, the service, the guest. They are very cheep and serve very basic food that’s very low quality. Most dinners at the buffet was just re heated leftovers from lunch. The drinks all had this sour with sickly sweet cheep flavor. If you wanted even better juice you had to pay for it. The staff we not friendly and made you felt like they just wanted you to not bother them: I was alone traveling with a little child and my room key had failed. I had to beg they staff to help. We only ate at two of the restaurants and that was very hard to book. It’s impossible to get any spots. There was very little seats at the beach that you had to wake up at dawn to save with a towel and even when I did do this when we came back at 9am someone had thrown our stuff off and left theirs. We never even saw them come to the beach. The pool closes very early so no evening swims allowed Mid week was insane with parties every night. Screaming in the halls at 4am but no one was even answering the main phone. The only time I had anyone at the resort speak to me was a phone call to tell me I was in trouble for keeping the patio door open even though we had no air running. It was strange not to have any avocado the whole week! Not even a mango. My kiddo had one wish to drink out of coconut and they said maybe the bar may have them. Nope. The trees where full of them. I wouldn’t stay at this resort again, but would come visit this incredibly beach. We made the best out of this vacation.
