Service from Moses at poolside was top notch. Moses gave us excellent service. Never had to wait long for a refreshing drink, always served with a welcoming attitude!
Great meals at all restaurants! Servers Rodrigo, Alfredo, Filiberto, Nancy and Orlando where always attentive and efficient. Always anticipating all of our needs!
Rooms very clean and stocked everyday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok but I wouldn’t return. The 2 stars are mainly for the beach and amazing view.
Food wasn’t good at all. Children aren’t allowed in the Italian restaurant at any time which isn’t clear on the website. Disappointing as this seems an unreasonable rule.
Service wasn’t great. Plastic cups even in the evening at the lobby bar.

Juan Garcia Victor and chef Joaquin made us feel like part of the family. Also the crew doing activities were amazing. Maria ,Jorge, Mike, Fanny Monica were so helpful There are too many people I would like to thank. This resort and all staff go way above and beyond in all they do to make sure you have a great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moises served my family and I drinks all week at the pool and at the beach and he was absolutely amazing. He would run to the bar and back to make sure that we got our drinks as quick as possible, he was very friendly, and very professional. Each time our drinks were close to empty he would be right there to check if we wanted a refill. He is an incredible asset to the team at Park Royal and made our experience exceptional! Thank you, Moises!

Moises works very hard, he would run to get drink orders, I am sure it was difficult for him on the beach running but he did. His friendliness, communication and all around presence was amazing. Moises was always there and ready to take our next drink order. He also remembered our drink orders for the next time we were ready. He was awesome at communicating when he was off work for a day as well as letting us know his section for the next day. We continued to go to his section because he made our stay wonderful. Moises even waved goodbye to where we were standing in the lobby on the day we left. Thank you Moises:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Room spacious and clean with stunning ocean view! Our bartender Alfredo was great! He created a personalized drink that was delicious! Our waiter Rodrigo was amazing! Always catering to our needs and making sure our experience is great! Thank you Alfredo, Rodrigo and team for delivering exceptional service and care!
I will definitely come back, this time with my kids!
