Mi coche se quedó en el taller desde el día 17 de abril para reparación, han pasado 22 días y aún me dicen que no tienen piezas, hablo a la aseguradora y me dicen que ya las enviaron desde hace días. El problema es el taller. Pésimo, no lleven a reparar sus vehículos ahí, además de que la atención de el personal es horrible, como si nos hicieran un favor.

De primero te tratan bien que el carro quedara en una semana y 3 dias y te piden tu numero que para agregarte a un grupo de watsap que hay te estaran informando cosa q no pasa uno tiene que mandarle msj si no ellos ni te mandan no te dan razon de nada se tardan para contestar y cuando contestan que todavia no tienen las piezas y luego te disen una fecha estimada no la cumplen un va a este lugar por mas confianza que trabaja con gnp directo y sale peor

Tiempos de entrega largos, se creo un grupo de whatsapp para decirte de los avances de la unidad y jamas recibi ningun mensaje por parte de ellos Ya llevan 30 dias con la unidad me confirman qué se va hacer la entrega y salen con el inconveniente que siempre no se ve a entregar en el día No pidan que les manden a reparar su vehículo en este taller

Si pudiera le daría menos 5 estrellas. Por favor no lleven sus carros a este taller si están asegurados con GNP. La atención es por demás pésima, pareciera que estás en el imss y que te están regalando el trabajo. No contestan mensajes y no cumplen con fechas de entrega. En mi caso han cambiado la fecha de entrega 5 veces y hablas y la recepcionista te contesta de mala gana y nunca saben nada sobre tu carro. Hablas con el disque supervisor y solo te da larga. PESIMO SERVICIO!!!! Te dicen mentiras que supuestamente no tienen las piezas y hablas a GNP y ellos dicen que en el sistema todas las piezas ya están listas. Simple y sencillamente la gente que trabaja en este taller no quiere trabajar.
If I could I would give it less than 5 stars. Please do not bring your cars to this workshop if they are insured with GNP. The attention is so bad, it seems that you are in the imss and that they are giving you the job. They do not answer messages and do not meet delivery dates. In my case they have changed the delivery date 5 times and you talk and the receptionist reluctantly answers you and they never know anything about your car. You talk to the dial supervisor and he just gives you a break. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! They tell you lies that they supposedly don't have the parts and you talk to GNP and they say that all the parts are ready in the system. Plain and simple, the people who work in this workshop do not want to work.

Muy buen servicio. Al menos en la recepción. Veremos cómo queda ni camioneta al finalizar. ---> Actualización Cambié mi calificación a una estrella por no cumplir los tiempos de entrega. En mi caso tenia que salir urgente del país y primero querían demorar la entrega 2 días mas y luego otro día adicional. Les mandas mensaje por un grupo de WhatsApp que hacen para darle seguimiento a tu vehiculo y la realidad es que no te contestan. Hasta casi el final del día te dicen un escueto "es que los tiempos los da el jefe del taller" y el jefe de taller es una persona arrogante que si ni quiera es capaz de darte la cara. Ponen puras excusas y pretextos. Lástima de servicio, tienen algunos pequeños puntos que parecen buenos, pero no tienen chiste. Un grupo de WhatsApp hasta un niño lo sabe hacer, pero de poco sirve si no le dan para nada seguimiento. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un taller. Al final preferí pedir el cambio a otro taller presionando al seguro, que incluso ellos mismos reconocen que el taller estuvo mal. No pidan ir a éste taller.

In my case, I had to leave the country urgently and first they wanted to delay the delivery for 2 more days and then another additional day. You send them a message through a WhatsApp group that they do to follow up on your vehicle and the reality is that they do not answer you. Until almost the end of the day they tell you a succinct "it's that the workshop boss gives the times" and the workshop boss is an arrogant person who isn't even capable of facing you. They make pure excuses and pretexts. Too bad about the service, they have some small points that seem good, but they are not funny. A WhatsApp group even a child knows how to do it, but it is of little use if they do not follow up at all. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a shop. In the end, I preferred to ask for the change to another workshop by pressing the insurance, which even admits that the workshop was wrong. Do not ask to go to this workshop.
