C	Carol Falk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was absolutely amazed by this resort. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. I highly recommend the all-inclusive. All staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept, and we enjoyed the pools and the views. The afternoon tea is a nice touch that we really enjoyed participating in. I could go on, but this resort was everything we could have wanted and more. We will be back!

The unique selling point of the Grand Residences is its huge well equipped and maintained rooms, lovely clean facilities and gracious staff. Last time we came it was close to a perfect five stars. Possibly because of COVID the on beach service was a little less attentive this time, and the menus in the restaurants seem to have become a little more Americanised, which is not what I come to Mexico for. That said, still very good overall and we may well come again. Especially recommended for families with smaller children. Definitely a little too grown up for the Cancun party crowd.

Yadir is a great bartender and a pleasure to speak with every year, tell him flavors you like and he can make you an amazing drink.

Ive been coming here almost every year since 2016 and the quality and service remain constant, if not better but I think the people make the difference. By the way, I'm so glad Griselda is back!!! It's so nice to see familiar faces and people who you share your best vacations memories with such as her, Felix, Efrain, Linda, Esau and now Angel. This time I met iliana, also great concierge! Wish I could thank everyone from Diego, Delia, at the spa to Angel, Obad, Emilio at the restaurants to cindy, linda and Mariana in housekeeping to Isabel in reception and of course, kids club ladies! We will be coming back soon!
T	Tyler Foote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! But it's a little far if you enjoy the night life. It's a hotel to relax and not really if your trying to party. We're definitely the youngest group here as well. It's around 45mins to downtown cancun and like 35mins to Playa.
