Amazing. Wonderful view from room balcony. Wonderful service from staff, over the top service. The staff were overly friendly and helpful, to the point where I was saying no, thank you, I can carry a bag or move a chair or whatever but they were two steps ahead of us to make it all wonderful. My wife and I will be back. Thank you. Five Stars across the board. Nothing went incorrectly the entire visit. We even had a small situation where my wife needed to see a doctor at a local medical office to ensure all was fine. The resort staff were overly caring to ensure she was well. Wonderful place. Can't recommend more.

The Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit was Phenomenal!! We headed to this resort to take a look at this as a possible wedding venue for my friends wedding. The property is simply BEAUTIFUL!! Love the Koi Fish that welcomed us just inside the large open aired lobby. The service was spectacular! The pool waiters Antonio (beach side waiter near the buffet) and Gabriel pool side were always at our service! They were so attentive and very kind. We loved that they bright us chips and Guacamole to enjoy as were baked in the sun. The restaurants were beautifully decorated and very luxurious. Every meal was delicious with a very nice selection. The waiters and service at all the restaurants was the best I’ve had in all my travels to Mexico, so was the food! I was expecting to be impressed by this resort I didn’t expect to be blown away by every aspect of our stay. This is a must stay for relaxing and pampering. Looking forward to trying more in this resort family and staying with my love soon. As for having a wedding here I think it would be a wonderful choice! I’d love a visit back to celebrate my friends vows!

Went here on my wife's work trip and felt compelled to leave a review. The staff is incredible. The rooms are amazing and have beautiful views. Huge 3 tier pool. David the bartender at the pool is the best. Spa is luxurious and the spa attendants treat you like royalty. Thank you for the best vacation!

We have visited this hotel 4 times with our family, our kids love it, as they grow, both have been able to experience the many entertaining options the hotel has, from the kids club to the Teens club, petting zoo, water slides, Soccer and beach Volleyball games, pools, kayaking, beach etc... We as a family always have been impressed with the welcoming atmosphere, the kindness and "never say no to the guest" attitude shown by the entire staff, no matter where you are the staff greets you with a smile and goes overboard to please you. The personalized service by the concierge (all by text, no need to call if you don't want to) takes it one step higher, restaurant and Spa reservations, special requests, etc... the answer is always "YES". Needless to say the facilities are 5 star, clean, even the hallways smell so good ! The Spa has maintained the highest level of service over the years, the therapists and facilities are always top notch. Can't finish without mentioning the quality of the food and drinks, it continues to be high quality and more than plenty of quantity. Highly recommended, even though is pricey it is worth every penny. Thank you Grand Velas Nayarit for your impeccable service and always providing us with a guaranteed successful family vacation.

We had an amazing time. Food is truly 5 star, think Michelin preferred to Michelin 1 star restaurant experiences EVERY NIGHT. Drinks are made right, poolside service is top notch, and the daytime activities coordinator really made the trip. Your room will be "adjusted" twice daily by the wonderful cleaning staff. Every question, amenity, or need is easily met by the front desk and concierge staff. The on-site gym is well stocked with proper workout equipment so you wont miss a beat in your routine. My wife likes sitting by the pool, I like activity, and EVER from the events staff really made it fun for me. Beach volleyball, soccer, pool blackjack... bike tours... water aerobics... all things to keep you moving so that all that great food doesn't permanently go to your waist. We will be back for sure!

I had an incredible time during my 4 day stay at Grand Velas. The staff's intention to provide 100% complete satisfaction to me was apparent from the moment I stepped out of my car onto the property. Every amenity was in place, including luxurious appointments within the room and on the property were set. The views from my room were magnificent, the culinary selections were upscale and numerous. And, there were a variety of amenities that allowed me to be active and when I wanted to relax, I could do that within the infinite pool; or, I took the opportunity to take a jacuzzi within my room. I had a tremendously satisfying experience at this resort.

My wife and I visited the resort for our honeymoon. Simply amazing! Everything from the view, the landscape, the pool, and the food exceeded our expectations. When they say "all inclusive" they really mean "all inclusive". If you're considering spending time at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, I encourage you to visit a different restaurant each night during your stay. You will be blown away! Thank you for making our visit such a memorable experience. We can't wait to visit again in the future.

Overall an amazing experience with phenomenal service, clean facilities, and great restaurants. This is a more quiet and laid back resort so if that is what your looking for this is a great place. I cannot overemphasize the great service provided by Luis Mateo (Concierge), Ever (Poolside Manager), Iris and Victor Poolside service. We had the family suite which was spacious and very clean, though I would have liked to see it more updated for the cost and the hot tub on the room balcony needs to be replaced. The slight downside comments do not overshadow an overall amazing resort with a great staff and grounds which made for a memorable family vacation! Thank you Grand Velas staff!
