★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unas semanas hice mi primer visita a Granito de Cielo ya que soy un entusiasta del café y si se trata de apoyar al comercio local pues lo hago sin dudar. Esa ocasión ordené un latte el cual estaba bien pero tampoco tenía ese sabor característico de un latte. Siento que la mezcla de grano que usan le falta algo de cuerpo y por ende siento el sabor algo ligero, pero ésta es mi opinión muy personal. En cuanto al precio es muy igual incluso al de las cafeterías de cadena lo cual puede ser riesgoso ya que más de uno puede parecerle riesgoso el probar un nuevo café cuando por el mismo precio pueden tener el café de la sirena.
Les recomiendo vayan a darle una oportunidad a Granito de Cielo y se formen su propia opinión. Yo definitivamente regreso para probar otras combinaciones y los frappé para tener una opinión más amplia y posiblemente calificar con las 5 estrellas a la siguiente.
A few weeks ago I made my first visit to Granito de Cielo since I am a coffee enthusiast and if it is about supporting local businesses, then I do so without hesitation. That time I ordered a latte which was okay but didn't have that characteristic latte flavor either. I feel that the grain mixture they use lacks some body and therefore the flavor is somewhat light, but this is my very personal opinion. As for the price, it is very similar even to that of the chain cafeterias, which can be risky since more than one person may find it risky to try a new coffee when for the same price they can have the Siren's coffee.
I recommend you go give Granito de Cielo a chance and form your own opinion. I definitely come back to try other combinations and the frappé to have a broader opinion and possibly qualify the next one with 5 stars.
