★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La granja de Don Nelo, es un lugar espectacular y muy interesante. Cabe destacar que es una granja totalmente sustentable, donde todos sus residuos son aprovechados. No podría faltar mencionar que es muy famosa, ya nacionalmente, por sus quesos. Tiene una gran variedad de quesos, que van desde huntable, fresco y hasta añejos. Su sabor ha sido reconocido por revistas culinarias. Un lugar excepcional que vale la pena ir y se encuentra a tan solo unos minutos de la ciudad de Xalapa.
Don Nelo's farm is a spectacular and very interesting place. It should be noted that it is a fully sustainable farm, where all its waste is used. I could not fail to mention that it is very famous, already nationally, for its cheeses. It has a wide variety of cheeses, ranging from huntable, fresh and even aged. Its flavor has been recognized by culinary magazines. An exceptional place that is worth going and is just a few minutes from the city of Xalapa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the idea of this place. Sustainable and nothing wasted. Waste food fed to the goats and pigs, their waste used to fertilise the land and create biogas. Very healthy soils full of worms that break everything down, no pesticides. A great example of how to farm sustainably and some great cheeses on offer too
