Los parrilleros de antes se esmeraban en su trabajo, no importaba que llegara uno a las 4 PM, les preguntaba si aún asaban, me preguntaban que cantidad e invariablemente me atendían de buen modo, claro se piden las cosas por favor. Y en este año ya hay nuevos dependientes, parrilleros y cajera, su atención ya no buena. Los 2 parrilleros nuevos solo saben asar bistecs, les pides costilla de puerco en una pieza, con BBQ y no saben. Ya están esperando a que den 3:50 PM para echar agua al carbón.
