Me encanta!! Ojalá sigan así y no bajen calidad. I will not buy my meat elsewhere, quality assured, the butchers and cashiers are very friendly, they even give you tips on how to cook your meat and what each cut is for. Love it!! Hopefully they continue like this and do not lower quality.

Es la tercera vez que me dan carne en mal estado, la primera vez quise negarlo, pedí carne molida y la guarde en el refri, al día siguiente estaba verdosa, pero esta última me dieron carne congelada, y al descongelarla ya olía mal. No creo que vuelva a comprar aquí :'( It pains me a lot to give RYC a star, it was my favorite butcher shop, they are always friendly, guide you, suggest good cuts, and the prices, although a little higher, were worth it. This is the third time they give me meat in poor condition, the first time I wanted to deny it, I asked for ground meat and put it in the fridge, the next day it was greenish, but this last time they gave me frozen meat, and when it was thawed it smelled bad. I don't think I will buy here again :'(

Recomiendo la arrachera y queso tipo manchego y la salsa verde mm riquisima! Excelente atención al cliente. Siempre procuren darle propina a los Chavis q cortan la carne! They sell from tortillas salsa meats of all kinds, pork, beef, chicken, chips to vegetables and delicious cheeses! I recommend the flank steak and Manchego cheese and the green sauce mm delicious! Excellent customer service. Always try to tip the Chavis who cut the meat!

Te avisan de mala forma al entregar las carnes, que ya se requiere toper y te ponen jetas si no los llevas, compré el toper en el lugar y aún así no respetaron el orden. Atendieron antes a la persona que entregó dos personas después que yo y aún así la persona del asador muy grosera insistió en qué ya seguía yo y que respetaba el orden, 25 mins después aún no era mi turno. Le di mi queja a la señorita de la caja y fue a consultarlo, sólo logró que en ese momento pusieran nuestros productos pero no hubo una disculpa ni aceptaron que están haciendo las cosas mal. Los carniceros si son muy amables y profesionales, mi agradecimiento y reconocimiento para ellos. The grill service was terrible today, the worst attitude and not following the order in which you deliver because they do not give you a number. They tell you in a bad way when delivering the meats, that topper is already required and they give you mugs if you don't bring them, I bought the topper on the spot and still they didn't respect the order. They attended before the person who delivered two people after me and even so the very rude person from the grill insisted that I was already following and that I respected order, 25 minutes later it was still not my turn. I gave my complaint to the lady at the register and she went to consult it, she only managed to put our products at that time but there was no apology nor did they accept that they are doing things wrong. The butchers are very kind and professional, my thanks and appreciation to them.
