★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me estafaron. Lleve a servicio mi impresora, después de 3 días me dijeron que no podían repararla por una falla en la tarjeta. Una semana después la reparé por mi cuenta y o sorpresa los cabezales de impresión están inservibles, me los cambiaron!!!
I have been cheated. I took my printer to service, after 3 days they told me they could not repair it due to a card failure. A week later I repaired it on my own and surprise the print heads are useless, they changed them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Según me las reparan de alguna cosa y siempre a la semana se me friega de otra, una ocasión lleve una epson por que no detectaba las hojas y me la entregaron manchando horrible de tinta y resulta que tuvieron que cambias los cabezales cuando no estaba fallando de eso.
