★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tipo que te recibe en las oficinas parece que debes rogarle para que te haga un trabajo,le di un diseño para hacerlo y lo iba a dejar pagado pero me dijo que no, que haría primero el diseño y ya le pagaría pero vaya sorpresa que no hizo nada el tipejo y ya fue 1 semana perdida, deberían sacar a esa persona de allí si no quiere trabajar
The guy who greets you at the office seems you should ask him to do you a job, I gave a design to do it and I would leave paid but he said no, he would first design and already paid but what a surprise that did nothing the little guy and 1 week and was lost, that person should get there if they do not want to work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente deficiente no te prestan atención a las indicaciones que uno les da y como consecuencia en ocasiones entregan mal el trabajo. En lo personal me cobraron unas impresiones como tamaño tabloide y me entregaron tamaño carta. Pésimo.
Poor customer service they do not pay attention to the indications that one gives them and as a consequence sometimes they misdeliver the work. Personally, they charged me for some tabloid-sized prints and delivered me letter-sized prints. Appalling.
