★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por casualidad supe de esta empresa dedicada a reparaciones de software y actualizaciones de computadoras, les pedí me cambiaran el disco duro de mi Mac y actualización de software de una Acer Windows.
Quedé gratamente satisfecho
por el servicio de esta empresa, muy profesionales, atentos, puntuales y cuidando todos los detalles para que el equipo quede trabajando al 100% y el cliente quede satisfecho.
Además que posteriormente algunos días después de la entrega y por iniciativa de ellos te llaman para verificar que el equipo siga funcionando bien.
Excelente servicio, muy recomendable.
 By chance I learned of this company dedicated to software repairs and computer updates, I asked them to change the hard drive of my Mac and update the software of an Acer Windows.
I was pleasantly satisfied
for the service of this company, very professional, attentive, punctual and taking care of all the details so that the team remains working 100% and the client is satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia, jamas vuelvo ni recomiendo a nadie dejar su equipo aqui, llegamos con un equipo gamer, perdida de tiempo y dinero, despues de muchos intentos y que mi equipo siguiera con muchos problemas, decidi ir a un lugar llamado CASPInformática donde poco despues descubrimos que habian forzado una version de windows en mi sistema que generaba muchos problemas y explotacion de recursos.. ahi me dio solucion el ingeniero don Luis me salvo mi equipo gamer!
Horrible experience, I never go back nor do I recommend anyone to leave their equipment here, we arrived with a gamer team, wasted time and money, after many attempts and my team continued with many problems, I decided to go to a place called CASPInformática where shortly after we discovered that they had forced a version of windows in my system that generated many problems and exploitation of resources .. there the engineer Don Luis gave me a solution, my gamer team saved me!

Fui nada más a que repararan una tecla rota de mi laptop y terminaron haciendo una revisión completa de mi equipo que ni quería en la que me informaron que mi disco duro estaba dañado y terminaron corrompiendo mi sistema operativo que eliminó la mitad de todos mis archivos y corrompiendo algunos otros.
Terrible service. I just went to have a broken key on my laptop repaired and they ended up doing a complete overhaul of my computer that I didn't even want in which they informed me that my hard drive was damaged and they ended up corrupting my operating system which deleted half of all my files and corrupting some others.
