★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi auto a un cambio de aceite y me dijeron que 45 minutos máximo x que tenían carros x delante, accedí, pasó una hora y veinte minutos, y cuando le pregunto a la encargada de la oficina que pasó con mi carro, sale a preguntar y que apenas le iban a poner el aceite, mmmta, aclaro yo todo el tiempo estuve viendo mi auto y lo único que le habían hecho era levantar el cofre, pasaron varios autos que incluso llegaron después que el mío y éso me molestó bastante, el aceite se lo pusieron en 5 minutos, y quedó, si no hubiera preguntado, seguro tardaba más, no me gustó la experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modificaron mi orden de servicio e hicieron algo que yo ya les había dicho que había realizado, solo ven el kilometraje y te dan el listado sin revisar realmente las piezas que "sugieren" cambiar.
They modified my service order and did something that I had already told them I had done, they just look at the mileage and give you the list without actually checking the parts they "suggest" to change.

No me mostraron el aceite que retiraron y en sugerencias me dijeron que recomendaban cambiar aceite de transmisión cuando lo cambié hace unos meses, obviamente no es necesario un cambio. En caja me cobraron mal (de más) por lo que tuvieron que cancelar la factura y hacerme perder tiempo, además que me dieron mal mi feria (me dieron de menos) Siempre hago mantenimiento en otras sucursales, esta me hizo sentir engañado en varios momentos. No regreso.
They charged me an extra service without my having requested it.
