El tiempo que se tardo estuvo bien, lo normal. En lo que respecta a atención se puede mejorar. En la afinación de mi camioneta detecte que no me cambiaron el filtro de gasolina ni el el filtro de aceite y tampoco una bujía por estar un poco difícil al sacar.... Y si bien que me lo cobraron.... La verdad yo no lo recomiendo Very bad service .. I do not recommend it since they charged me a very expensive service and they did not comply with the agreement ... Mi unidad tenía 6 meses sin problema alguno y tiene garantía de un año en la agencia de seminuevos dónde lo compré (dudo que me venderían un auto que tendrían que arreglar por cobertura de garantía). El autoclima sin ningún problema hasta después de llevarlo a la afinación con este local. Me dan un reporte dónde no aparece la falla del AC. Que el clima dejo de funcionar de un día para otro, cuando no tuvo problema durante 6 meses me parece extremadamente sospechoso. No vuelvo a confiar en esta cadena y menos en la sucursal Take it to maintenance only. My unit was 6 months old without any problem and has a one-year warranty at the pre-owned dealer where I bought it (I doubt they would sell me a car that they would have to fix for warranty coverage). The autoclimate without any problem until after taking it to the tuning with this place. They give me a report where the AC failure does not appear. That the climate stopped working from one day to the next, when it had no problem for 6 months seems extremely suspicious to me. I will not trust this chain again and less in the branch
A	Angelo Flores Valdez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chava con cara de oshh luego el tipo que metio mi carro lo patina ni yo lo patino que es mio para acabarla me le ponen bujias que no son para mi carro y me anda temblando y gastando mucha gasolina muy mala opcion para un servicio de afinación porque las bujias que debe llevar me salen en 275 pesos cada una un gasto mas en mi vida me vuelvo a parar ahi nadamas porque no ahi forma de checar el aceite alomejor tambien no a de ser del que dicen The girl with an oshh face then the guy who put my car in it skids it and I do not skate it because it is mine to finish it they put spark plugs that are not for my car and I am trembling and wasting a lot of gasoline very bad option for a tuning service Because the spark plugs that you must carry come out at 275 pesos each, one more expense in my life, I'll stop there again, because there's no way to check the oil, maybe it's not going to be what they say.
J	Jonathan Espinoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi carro seminuevo que recien compre para que me apoyaran con la afinacion mayor y diagnostico de cualquier detalle que pudiera tener, me avisaron que ya podia pasar por el al siguiente dia y me comentaron que no tenian un escaner para diagnosticar un testigo de ABS (Es como un electrico sin multimetro) que por que se les fue en un carro y pues no habian comprado uno, segunda me dicen que el aceite de la transmision estaba en mal estado y para lo cual no me avisaron para darles la señal de que lo cambiaran, al momento de pedirselos me dicen que no recomiendan que se lo cambie por que "a veces comienzan a fallar" y que mejor asi se lo dejara...ES UNA BROMA????!! Deberian cerrar el lugar!! m	mics neta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dejo 5 estrellas por qué una ves tú vez tuve un problema con una banda de tiempos que me cambiaron 3 veces PERO respondieron y no me cobraron mas, solo el inconveniente de tener el carro detenido un día más y tener que regresar dos veces . De allí en más precios muy justos y son muy decentes al decirte el problema que tiene el auto. I do not leave 5 stars because once you had a problem with a time band that changed me 3 times BUT they responded and did not charge me more, only the inconvenience of having the car stopped one more day and having to return twice. From there in more very fair prices and they are very decent when telling you the problem that the car has.
