★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo más, taller venido a menos. El “gerente” Sr. Ortíz siempre de mal humor y chateando todo el día. Las bombas de aceite no funcionan y tienen que trasvasar en recipientes sucios. Te ofrecen unas marcas de refacciones y si te descuidas te ponen otras “patito”. Espero que el dueño se de cuenta de esto para que no le quiten la franquicia y además audite el negocio (inventario) por prevención de fraudes. Pero da la impresión de que el propietario nunca va y esto es resultado de su descuido. “Al ojo del amo engorda el caballo” y aquí el caballo casi se muere.
I do not recommend more, workshop come less. The “manager” Mr. Ortíz always in a bad mood and chatting all day. Oil pumps do not work and have to be transferred in dirty containers. They offer you some brands of spare parts and if you neglect you put other "duckling". I hope that the owner realizes this so that the franchise is not taken away and also audits the business (inventory) for fraud prevention. But it seems that the owner never goes and this is the result of his carelessness. "The horse fattens the horse" and here the horse almost dies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No detectaron un ruido, que en otro taller sí lo hicieron, cambio de balero, y en el servicio de frenos dejaron una mordaza floja haciendo ruido. No me hicieron valer la garantía. Por lo visto si solamente quieres cambio de aceite y no te preocupa qué aceite le pongan, lo puedes llevar ahí. YO NUNCA VUELVO. El responsable es un Pedro Ortíz.
They did not detect a noise, which they did in another workshop, change of bearing, and in the brake service they left a loose jaw making noise. They did not enforce the guarantee. Apparently if you only want to change oil and you don't care what oil they put on, you can take it there. I WILL NEVER RETURN. The person in charge is a Pedro Ortíz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for first time on a weekday morning just to change the oil. I had a really good experience. I did not need to schedule a reservation. I brought my own motor oil and filter and so they only charged labor. They normally use Mobil1. They checked other fluid levels and air filters. I really like how they have displays of the workers as they work on your vehicle. Displays show activities above and below the hood. They were really transparent about their observations/recommendations and they make sure to confirm any additional work. Waiting areas were sufficient with free bottled water and public restrooms.
