★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las experiencias pasadas habían sido buenas, pero ayer que fuí a preguntar cuanto cuesta el cambio de aceite y filtro para un i10(atos), la encargada me dijo que 1700 pesos, (se me hizo exagerado), y luego le pregunté qué si había uno más económico y me dijo que sí (sin darme el precio), pero que ese dañaría mi motor, llevo mas de 3 años cambiando aceite en grease monkey de cumbres y no ha habido problema(paquete más económico), pero no sé si la sucursal de humberto lobo ande apurada de dinero y nos quieran ver la cara. Ojalá recapaciten y den la información que uno les pide.
Past experiences had been good, but yesterday when I went to ask how much the oil and filter change cost for an i10 (atos), the manager told me that 1700 pesos, (it was exaggerated), and then I asked her what if she had a cheaper one and he said yes (without giving me the price), but that would damage my engine, I have been changing oil in grease monkey de cumbres for more than 3 years and there has been no problem (cheaper package), but I do not know if the Humberto Lobo branch is in a hurry for money and they want to see our faces. Hopefully they reconsider and give the information that one asks of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención muy bien desde recepción hasta los mecánicos. Lo malo es el servicio, como puede ser posible que mi carro entró andando perfecto a un cambio de aceite y salió con error en el motor.
Si se me aclaró que necesitaría cambio de bujías en un futuro próximo, sin embargo no tiene sentido que llegué al taller sin problemas ni detalles y a penas saliendo el auto comienza a "tironear" y al 1 Km encendido el error en el motor.
Voy de regreso y me atienden bien una vez más, pero me dicen que necesita un servicio de $,2000 pesos más para cambiarle unas piezas. Pagué la pieza que cambiaron y me fui ya que querían revisar algo más y darle una vuelta, la verdad ya no me dio confianza. Ahorita estoy con otro mecánico revisando que fue lo que le hicieron y contactando a PROFECO para ver qué procede.

I go back and they take care of me once more, but they tell me that he needs a service of $ 2,000 pesos more to change some parts. I paid for the part that they changed and I left because they wanted to review something else and give it a spin, the truth no longer gave me confidence. Right now I am with another mechanic checking what was done to him and contacting PROFECO to see what happens.
