★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues aunque veo muchas opiniones buenas para mí fue una experiencia terrible, llevé a mi perrita y solo me dijeron que la dejara para que le pasarán solución ya que iba deshidratada por haber estado vomitando y tenía muy inflamada su pancita, así que confíe y la dejé pero estoy segura que murió por la noche y no tuvieron la desencia de avisarme ni siquiera temprano al día siguiente , no fue hasta que yo llamé para saber si ya podía ir por ella que me dieron la noticia, de verdad que falta de empatía y pocos sentimientos del personal. De verdad sé que ahí mataron a mi perrita , no entiendo cómo es que siguen teniendo licencia no llevan ahí a sus mascotas!!
Well, although I see many good opinions for me, it was a terrible experience, I took my dog and they only told me to leave her so that they could give her a solution since she was dehydrated because she had been vomiting and her belly was very swollen, so I trusted and left her but I am sure that she died at night and they did not hesitate to notify me even early the next day, it was not until I called to find out if I could go for her that they gave me the news, there really is a lack of empathy and few staff feelings. I really know that my dog was killed there, I don't understand how they still have a license and don't take their pets there !!
