★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Han bajado mucho su calidad y cantidad de clases, honestamente yo renovaba aquí porque daban clases de box y pues la quitaron. Es un ejercicio muy completo, con buenas técnicas y uso para la defensa personal. A todos las sucursales de GF, le hacen falta instructoras de pesa MUJERES. Espero que tomen en cuenta mi comentario, sobre todo lo último.
The quality and quantity of classes have dropped a lot, honestly I renewed here because they gave boxing classes and they removed it. It is a very complete exercise, with good techniques and use for self-defense. All GF branches are in need of FEMALE weight instructors. I hope you take into account my comment, especially the last one.
