★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I visited CDMX from NC and just called to inquire about an apartment for rent in Polanco. Customer service was unpleasant and rude. They held me on the line longer than they needed to and did not take my inquire seriously. After I told the guy I didn’t have a set budget to buy but was looking for an apartment for my mother who lives here he told me not to “call and waste his time”. Very nice experience I would like to share with you if you are looking to deal with a company with poor customer service and highly pretentious
Muy mala experiencia con ellos hoy al hablar y preguntar costos. Inefectivos y groseros. De plano me dijeron que no “hablara para hacerles perder el tiempo”. Que pena y vergüenza de muestra del servicio al cliente. : (
