★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de unas cuantas personas que ha tocado que me atiendan, es una de la pocas imprentas en San Pedro donde puedo decir que en verdad saben de lo que se trata lo que hacen. El personal es eficiente, conoce de diseño y conoce a sus clientes. Ofrecen no sólo sus servicios, sino soluciones en el momento de imprimir si es que se tienen que hacer ajustes de último minuto. Saben apoyar a quienes vamos con alguna duda sobre el resultado final en contraste con lo que hemos diseñado en la computadora.
Los precios son buenos y el tiempo de entrega generalmente es lo que uno esperaría de una imprenta profesional.
Es preferible ir en la mañana, ya que durante el día se llena y el lugar no es particularmente grande.
Despite a few people who have touched me, it is one of the few printers in San Pedro where I can say that they really know what they are about. The staff is efficient, knows about design and knows its customers. They offer not only their services, but solutions at the time of printing if last minute adjustments have to be made. They know how to support those of us who have questions about the final result in contrast to what we have designed on the computer.
The prices are good and the delivery time is generally what one would expect from a professional printing press.
It is preferable to go in the morning, since during the day it is full and the place is not particularly large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su trabajo se ve demeritado por la poca seriedad en el profesionalismo de la entrega del trabajo. Acordaron entregarme el trabajo a las 10am el sábado; llegué 10:40am, y no estaba listo.
A las 12:40pm me marcó uno de los responsables y me dijo que el trabajo estaba listo, pero cerraban en 20 minutos (¡Qué!). Si no llegaba, perdía mi trabajo porque lo entregaba ese mismo día en la tarde.
Mala, mala atención. Si te urge un trabajo, no confiaría en ellos.
His work is detracted by the lack of seriousness in the professionalism of the delivery of the work. They agreed to deliver the work to me at 10am on Saturday; I arrived 10:40 am, and it was not ready.
At 12:40 pm one of the managers called me and told me that the job was ready, but they closed in 20 minutes (what!). If I did not arrive, I would lose my job because I would deliver it that same day in the afternoon.
Bad, bad care. If you need a job, I wouldn't trust them.
